I think this coming fall it is better to have a home schooling rather than putting the child in danger. I understand the dilemma that parents are facing, and it is several things. May some grandparents should pinching. What ever choices they make it would be extremely hard and some time unbearable. But it is better than putting your child in safe place at home.
