Thank you for this meditation. I am starting a year long journal and have been “stuck”, and have been unsure of how to start. I know basically what changes that I want to bring into my life with the help of this journal, but have been unable to pin point the root of my resistance. I feel that this meditation came at the perfect time for me, and has definitely helped me realize where to start and see more clearly what has held me back. I found this meditation to very much talk heavy. For me the constant speech throughout made it hard for me to gain any clarity.

I have a request Sara and Les. Would you please consider making a few longer videos? Perhaps between one and one and a half hours long? I listen often at the last part of my sleep, so mid morning (I get up late). So, as I don't sleep well I like something to lull me back to sleep for about another hour or hour and a half that is comforting and calming for someone under extreme stress and anxiety.

I am so calm now, im not even halfway into the meditation
Three complex chronic illnesses, one is PTSD and severe inflammation is affecting my life that I don’t want to live anymore, I have no family support.
In us, They are in denial or they are in China

Struggled to let go of the noises and sounds around me.
