So it's a long-time customer's, and he's had it for a little while. He bought it pre-owned, and immediately sent it over to Deman Motorsports do their upgrade on it for the engine. So upgrading it to a 4.5 liter 560 rear wheel horsepower is a pretty impressive car with that alone. But on top of that it's kind of shark work short gearbox in it. Number other shark works features on it and accessories, as well as stock PCBs. Discuss the yellow deviated stitching inside yellow seatbelts that really make it look good. So what would you rather have? If you could have one or the other? If you were lucky enough to get a GT4 RS allocation? Would you rather have a GT4R? Or would you rather have a modified GT4, this one is still low miles. It's not for sale, but we could easily duplicate it if anybody is interested. And I honestly liked this car better than the GT4Rs. I think it's more special in many ways. The power that is God is just phenomenal. It's more powerful than a GT3RS or a GT4RS, and the handling of the cars is just superb. Very well-balanced. Really enjoyed it. Tell me what y'all think.

Thing is even though they are different engines and the 4.5's got a heap more torque - for the money it cost , you could spend a bit extra and start with a GT4 RS
While the 4.5L's surely put out some grunt, I've always wondered if someone would ever consider making a head, cam and intake combo to make the GT4 rev out similar like a GT4 RS
This owner is in this car for less than $180k, can you find a GT4 RS for that ?

It's a hard package to beat, although the GT4 RS isn't bad either (Sarcasm)

Yes I can, but not at this time as it's already back with it's owner, will do it soon though when back to me for next service so long as the owner is also ok with me doing so.
gt4 rs has an intake behind your ears sound engineered. Nothing can beat that noise
Yeah, and that could actually be added to this, but the power really is more impressive than RS.
@@onefastviking Wonder if it could actually could, resonance's of the 4.5L may not match the acoustical tuning of the intake. Also power isn't everything for a track car something Porsche understands and I'd bet the durability of Porsche's 4L engine in the GT3, GT3, and GT3 RS is far superior with a manufacturer spending thousands and thousands of hours engineering it.
Aerodynamics and cooling too from gt4 rs to gt4. RS has much better cooling so it would probably run all day on a track no issues and probably set a faster lap time since it has much more downforce (maybe just not on completely power dominated tracks). Not as much as GT3 to GT3 RS, I think Porsche quote 3x for that car but still significant on gt4 rs. And if you look at the power GT3 RS has only 15 hp more than a GT3 and it's miles ahead on the track just because of its aerodynamics. Driving a high downforce car on the track is an amazing experience being able to feel the braking and cornering forces is like nothing else.

Maybe, maybe not, you haven't expereinced it, I have. While I haven't dyno'd this car I have driven these types of cars for 30+ years and if it's not 560, it's darn close.

Out of curiosity, exactly how much over MSRP did you have to pay for the 4RS ?
