quick reminder not to take anything here seriously, it’s just a compilation with the best moments (and some funny ones) of this year’s jesc ✨ btw I meant jesc 2023 here 7:11 🥲 thanks for watching and let’s start the eurovision season now!!
i am still mad about that win, not mad at the boy, rather at EBU for never having an explanation to why was voting down when it was opened again for 15 minutes and I am not forgiving Mariam’s 47 points either😭 BUT the show itself was fantastic
The 3 votes caused people to just vote for their top 3 and the chance a song is in top 3 is significantly larger than winner so the lowest and highest didn't have much of a difference.
sooo now that i thought about it a bit more, i'm not that disappointed about france's win. i'm definitely not a fan of oh maman, but lissandro doesn't deserve the hate he receives :) in fact i love that we had an unexpected winner, it really shocked us all! anyways this jesc was amazing, the strongest one ever, and the show itself was incredible!
I think we don't talk enough about Georgia literally offering us Marshmello's face reveal and getting only 47 televote points. People are so ungrateful nowadays that's crazy
At the opening ceremony, when Spain was being interviewed, it gave me Joana Almeida vibes. “You like arguing with adults?” Carlos: **visible confusion** OH! I like dancing
although Lissandro's song is clearly not the best, but there is no need to heighten the poor boy! I am very ashamed of what I wrote right after the show. Yes, he is not my favorite, but I congratulate Lissandro and let him not pay attention to the negative
this is like an "appreciation post" on Facebook or Twitter. so exciting to finally see some best moments of [Junior] Eurovision summarized in one video.
It was a nice show in all honesty. Showing Europe that they don’t have to be marked low again in ESC for fears Armenia don’t be able host such a big event.
Am I the only one who heard Carlos from Spain screaming "Súbelo" when he was singing and inmediatly thought in Megan Thee Stallion screaming "TOVE LO"? LMAO
2:14 She's got the point, she's a legend, she's the moment.G_A_I_A.💯💯💯 Well said. 2:32 shame on europe. gaia deserved much more. she was one of the best and got the last place. come on jesc. what happened? malta is malta.
TALLLENTED brilliant INCREDDDIBLE amazing SPECTACCCULAR never the same TOTAAALLY UNIQUE-------- diamond queen GAIA. she ate. malta should be proud of you. in denmark we all talk about slay gaia. forever famous
Lol that would never happen in Armenia in front of so many people :-D forget it )))) but it was funny moment, I think she was just happy to be on the stage with her and in front of whole Europe! :-D
Malta being last is making me want to think that esc malta should have been selected. I did not expect gaia to be such a fucking icon like omg we needed Emma muscat in jesc as a guest lets be fucking real.
Obviously, France winning JESC was an unexpected one. Plus, he shouldn't be hated for that and he's nice. However, with France winning JESC, how will they work this thing out? They have a Rugby World Cup to host next year (2023) and an Olympics that will take place in 2024.
unfortunately, voting for three countries has bad results 😶 everyone votes for their country plus the worst of the festival so as not to help other favorites it was like a year ago when Armenia won - Malena's mother gave instructions to her daughter's fans on how to prevent Poland and France from winning it's a pity for Georgia.. she had an amazing performance and the best voice in the whole competition.. similarly Ireland - pure magic a competition for children and unfortunately tainted with political deals and subterfuges😵😵💫🥴
Of course Georgia had an amazing voice, but let's be honest neither the choreography, nor the costumes were winning ones... And JESC&ESC has faaar stopped being only a voice contest, everything is being taken into consideration.
@@marinem.3499 Hats were from traditional Georgian dances (They have meaning), and text on her chest was from the poem Vephkistkhaosani (The Knight In The Panther’s Skin) which was written in 12th century and it says: May the heart be given for the heart and love on every road and bridge. Taste differs… I think it was suitable for the song…
@@anahitghukasyan979 Let's see: - new, restrictive rules of journalist accreditation, so hard to accustomed to that a good chunk of Eurovision fan media ultimately couldn't even come to Yerevan; - voting lines traffic, preventing thousands from casting their vote. We'll never know how much this has affected televote results; - completely misconceived winners' medley, doing none of the songs justice. Imagine getting through all the trouble to have past winners in Yerevan and then having them sing for 15 seconds or less - or in case of Candies, not at all. Not fair towards them, not fair towards us - this was supposed to be a celebration, not a rush; - 90% of the show and all the promotional videos put on Karina's back, while the other two hosts - adults - were nowhere to be seen until the voting. What are they paid for? And Iveta didn't even sing! Also their outfits were horrible; - but most importantly, this stupid opening ceremony on the frost and then (allegedly) windy and underwarmed hotel rooms, which got over half of the artists sick and severely damaged their vocals. It's hard to believe in coincidence when Chanel and Sophie couldn't hit their high notes, David's throat was clearly ill, Katarina couldn't even perform on Sunday, and we all got to see the struggle of Freya. Look closely at the sadness in her eyes each time she had to pass the note. Those children did not deserve to be screwed over like this by some adult who didn't think through the consequences of their national show-off. Granted, some of this is also EBU's fault, but Armenians still shoulder a lot of responsibility, especially for that last point.
@@ptcarbonproductions2013 lmao Armenia can't control the weather. Yeah maybe it would have been a better idea to host the ceremony inside, but as a person who lives in a place where it is routinely -25 degrees celsius in the winter I can say that no one gets that kind of sickness from the cold alone. The sickness was likely picked up by one of the contestants in one of the many crowded airports they had to travel through. I agree about the voting lines issue. However, I think that's more on the EBU than Armenia. I wish the EBU would address that, as the televotes were definitely very weird this year. Whole countries were unable to vote because of the site traffic. Also, much of Ukraine couldn't vote at all because of the power outages, so I think they should have provided an alternative way to vote as well.
