Full m3 body kit and a really loud aftermarket exhaust. M3 differential and M3 rear axle.
One of the best sounding inline 6 engine i every driven.

M50B25’s just seem to have a nicer zing than the m52’s, my 323i has the 328i sport exhaust, K&N panel filter! Leaky heater bulkhead seal means I have stripped the carpet so the floor won’t rot however it is quite a bit lighter without it, 1347kg Z4 shift lever and uuc dssr has vastly improved the gear change and I think one of the best relatively cheap mods is to remove the clutch delay valve from the gearbox cylinder line and install a braided one with no valve, the experience of changing gear is an entirely different feel and you will not be disappointed once you get used to it! Beautiful E36 too btw!
It's due to the M50B25 intake manifold. Makes all the difference sound and power-wise!
@@nvl2691Honestly since I wrote that comment I have put my e36's in storage, i need to acquire some new parts and spend some time caressing them back to their best, current drive is my E90 Alpina D3 although it is in the stages of being assessed for a repair at a genuine BMW reconditioning centre as it suffered light damage to the left side rear wheel arch and rear bumper & quarter panel, also one of my rare wolverine style 19 alloys got cracked on a pot hole on the UK's shitty roads

@@pebble1346 First car 2003 clk 240 v6 fully specced, now second car 1998 mgf vvc stage 1 170 hp (1000kg weight).
Perhaps a bmw will come in the future, but i think the next one will be a Maserati 4200 or SL55 amg.

IIXMCMXCI V maybe he has performance upgrades and different tunes. Maybe the m50 has decent potential
i think installing the m3 camshaft on the intake, and moving the intake cam to the exhaust side is about a 20hp gain, then maybe a few hp removing the cat. The m50 can be brutal - with a cheap holset turbo from a diesel truck they can take 400hp without any engine mods.
