Being a South Asian, I've always been playing barefoot until I got to play at a higher level.. In our region kids are always used to playing barefoot and actually many kids don't have the money to buy boots that's also a fact why in our region we play barefoot much but it really gets hard to play with boots after playing 4-5 years barefoot!
well im kind of scared playing bare foot last month i was barefoot playing with my friend and i was playing in a defensive position so my friend tried to shoot ( btw im 13) and it went straight to my toes so then i broke my big toe and sprained 2 other toes so umm ya
Fascia is most definitely real and does help players become better, but the problem is people are starting to believe it will automatically make you better. Practicing with a ball is what makes you a better footballer, fascia helps to maximize the athletic and coordination part of football.
@@anotherbigfootwithinternet2147I don't really know. I mean, Coach chong xie is the most reliable source and more specific exercises costs money. You need to do research on fascia. Start with the three main fascia exercises which you can find on Coach chong xie's youtube channel and make sure you foam roll(with a tennis ball). The day you feel your glutes and even abs during towel curls that's that's the time for you to think about more complex movements. You can copy what Coach chong xie does with other athletes but it is optimal to get coaching.

Look at South America/Latin America for example, like Argentina and Brazil, a lot of these South American kids are from poverty and started playing soccer at a young age with their feet because they couldn't afford to buy cleats, I'm half south american (paraguayan) & half korean, I grew up in the states and have been living here in Korea for about 3 years - I played with shoes, played on a good field, and better equipment - but when I visited my mother's home country Paraguay, I saw these kids and younger teenagers playing barefoot in concrete streets, in the mud, and hard ground with rocks on it, it amazes me how they could play with amazing ball control & dribbling while ignoring the pain of The little rocks poking their feets. Training barefoot can really make you prepare to play in any situation and make your feet stronger, big respect to people from third world countries who plays even when they can't afford shoes and other equipments!
in brazil this is extremely commom, it was kinda funny see you talking about the condition the grass since we play barefoot on the literally every single street possible lol. great video bro

Coming from these sides. You play barefoot for most of your life growing up. I even do till this day, I always find it more comfortable and natural plus I have less to worry about as cleats can get loose or maybe laces go off, something that makes you notice them and have to adjust.
