The funny part is that when Huey started accusing me, I felt less guilty, because this fucking guy was acting all high and mighty when a killer plague was about to infect the world, and I had a Backlash Effect.

I think this game makes spec ops the lines point but better. It makes the player feel bad for what they have to do. But doesnt taunt you with it quite the same.
