=Crust饼皮 380g (3pcs 300g/pc 12pc 75g/pc)=
50g Peanut Oil 花生油 Minyak makan
130g Inverted Syrup/Golden Syrup 转化糖浆
4g Lye Water/Alkaline Water碱水/枧水 Air Abu
200g All Purpose Flour 中筋面粉 terigu pro sedang
= Fillings馅料 250g (1pcs 300g - 3pcs 50g/pcs )
60g Cooked Flour 熟面粉 Terigu sangrai
10g Chocolate powder 巧克力粉 coklat bubuk
10g sugar 糖粉 gula bubuk
1g Salt 盐 Garam
20g Corn Oil 玉米油 Minyak makan
50g Chocolate Sauce 巧克力酱 Selai Coklat
100g Crushed Peanuts 花生碎 Kacang tanah halus
20g Chocolate Chips 巧克力豆 Coklat chip
** 预热烤箱至 175C
平炉 **175C 烤制8分钟,取出刷上蛋黄液后
继续160C 烤制12分钟
** Preheat the oven to 175C
** Bake at 175C for 8 minutes, After egg yolk wash, continue to bake at 160C for 12 minutes
