Osteopathic treatment for a patient presenting with Right Anterior Hip pain and compensatory Left Gluteal pain.
Treatment was tailored to the patient’s needs:
- Soft tissue inhibition to Hip Flexors (Rectus Femoris, TFL), Quadriceps and Glute Medius/Maximus
- Muscle Energy Technique (MET) to Rectus Femoris
- Traction & Articulation right Hip
- Distraction & Articulation left Sacro-illiac joint
- prescribed stretches (Glute Medius + Rectus Femoris)

I know some people complain that they prefer the video to be slow so they can get an explanation of whats happening but I find that I like this quick motion video as we see in an overall picture the things the therapist has to do in order to realign, readjust, determine and recover motion correction for the hips and the muscles around it! Its true, one area can set a domino effect in other regions of the body.
