Bro this is a golden jersey saving technique. This just solved my current jersey problem cuz they come from the states to Canada in a practice envelope so they arrive with good amount wrinkled especially the number so this helps me out huge
This works, SO well. Some months back, I received a 1937 retro Redskins jersey from EBay in November. It was mostly wrinkled on the numbers. I tried your method and nearly perfect. Thanks!
Great video I've been trying to find a safe way to iron my American Football Jersey it's also made out of Polyester. This is the best and easiest video I've come across. Thanks alot.
@@dennishenry1482 if it’s an iron on decal, what i’ve done when the letters and numbers start to peel is take an iron and set it to the third setting. then wait till it gets hot and take a piece of printer paper (white) and lay it on the spot you want to iron. then take the iron and iron over the printer paper for about 5 seconds at a time. keep doing that till it’s back on and you’re all set :)
@@cryingcurrently I did it on a higher setting each time and after the wash It came back off but the backs ok so I just put it in a frame looks smart now .

Using washing machine, even with cold water, inside out, washing bag, everything, is dangerous. I just screwed up a vintage jersey, exactly the way you we washed yours.
