Too bad this wasn't picked up for a series considering some of the hot garbage CN DID greenlight! Although the indie comic WAS pretty short, so there wasn't much existing subject matter they could just adapt to screen. The animation's much more detailed (and time consuming) than most of CN's non anime lineup at the time.The comic is much more depraved and gritty than the animated version.
