@@mmaaldentei think Algeo went for a spinning elbow and Choi punched him in the back of the head/neck area (in motion so not intentionally) maybe stunning him enough to leave him open for the clean punch on the temple
from what I’ve gathered, Petroski was knocked out because he accidentally rammed the top of his head into the hip bone of Malkoun. He had to get stitches on the top of his head afterwards.
