Before it comes to dancing there are 3 important things men should know:
Mindset comes first. It's important to have:
1. Self-Confidence
2. Authenticity (not pretending to be someone else)
3. Interest in her
Without that in mind the chance is high that you get rejected.
So now you know what's important how do you ask her to dance?
1. Eye Contact / Attention
2. Smile
3. Be gentle, dance gentle

Personaly I don't have ANY issues in invite a woman to dance, but I'm knowing the channel and likeing the steps' tips, and in the dances' places or schools is so normal and common invite for dances that the strange will be not invite hehe! But thank you, Daniel for the nice explanation about sombrero, I will in the salsa de roda of tomorrow! My teacher sayed for us search some steps, because I start in a advanced class hehe!!
