An overnight trip starting with bad weather, ending in sun. First night in my new tent, Hillberg Allak (no review). Gulf of Bothnia in northern Sweden (Bottenviken).
So nice - sounds, sights, imagining the texture of the sand, the smell of the clean, sea air, how good that coffee must taste in that environment. As always, less is more with your videos.
So funny! Looks exactly like my very similar trip in the Espoo archipelago of Finland - and - I had a yellow kayak and a green Allak. You had a green kayak and yellow Allak 😂 but I have to learn how to film and edit like you. Incredible, inspiring videos that really make us want to go out there again
Wonderful! Jag vill ogsa ha det - Allak. You are living the life - and you Swedes are so smart too to put camping tables all around and allow people to camp everywhere. You are a great country.
Thank you so much for doing this video. I've been looking at a few models for a year now. This has really helped me to decide on an Allan. I think the green will look great! Be well brother Craig
Väldigt vacker och intressant film. Det är härligt att få vakna till en solig morgon i skärgården, och få njuta av naturens ljud. Roligt med den dykande sälen, och kameran som går under vattenytan samtidigt :-) Tusen tack, Erik!
I seriously hope people who view your videos appreciate the extreme lengths (and Shit weather) you go through to capture your footage for your content!!!
Great video! Very well done! Nice camera work. From a Hilleberg addict... currently own an Unna and Nammatj 3, after having sold my Anjan 2 GT and Staika.
Pretty impressive skill set, ski/kayak /hiking/ cycling, u just need paragliding/paramotoring, great place Sweden, great people, huge outdoors, it’s like Scotland.....only bigger
Thank´s for sharing your experiences Really a inspiring and artistic video (like your other videos). Can you tell me more exact on which island (in Sweden) you camped.
Can you give the exact coordinates of this camping spot with the picknick table? This seems like a wonderful place to end my hiking trip to Sweden! Did you bring the kayak yourself? That might be a problem for me :-) any chance to rent/use kayaks over there? Great vid!
Hi Erik, just found your channel yesterday and I like it. One question, hope you answer. What kind of stove do you use? Is it a wood fired hobo stove or a esbit fired stove? Thank you for your answer. And please continue to make these little movies. Greatings from Hamburg.
Thanks! Not two people in the tent yet. It would work, but a little tight if its two big ones I think. I haven't used it that much, but I find nothing to complain about so far. Atb Erik

Que bien Eric, mucha lluvia, aire y frío, pero dentro de su carpa, se prepara sus alimentos y comodidad de dormir, maravilloso!!!!!!!

Tack! Yes the swedish 'every mans right' I very valuable and I guess a big reason for the strong outdoor tradition we have here.
Erik

Whoa! I like this guys show! Right up my alley!
Your tent really blends in. I would be afraid to take a leak at night and not find my tent.
Just found your channel and subscribed. So far all the videos I have watched have been well done and very relaxing. Greetings from Texas.
Nice to hear, and thanks! Atb Erik

Hello from Canada. :)
Gillar din reportach mycket intresant detta är .
Yes! Thumb up after the sip!
Erik, can you provide any information on the material you use to cover the floor of your tent. Thanks, Pete.
It is the Exped multimat with the nylon liner cut off, around 2mm thick evazote foam.
Thanks, atb Erik
Thank you very much.
great video!
I wanna know what beverage was had early in the film?
How hard was it to fit that picnic table in your kayak?
Nice video! Greetings from one kayak camper (in the USA) to another. BTW, what kayak are you paddling?
Thanks! The kayak is a Venture Islay 14. Good to hear from another kayak camper! Atb Erik
Sweet.
Thank´s for sharing your experiences Really a inspiring and artistic video (like your other videos). Can you tell me more exact on which island (in Sweden) you camped.
Thanks for watching! This is mainland Västerbotten, at Burvik, just south of Skellefteå.

Thanks Petter. The stove is the Trangia Triangle with their alcohol burner. I like it, it's small and very reliable. More films to come!
Erik
Cool erik...im so enjoyed
I'd heard the music at 4:22. Would you let me know the music title?
A picnic table out in the middle of nowhere?
Where are you? Hope you are well.
Hi Erik, enjoy your vids. Have you tried two people in your Allak? Any comments on the design of the tent after owning it for a few months now?
Thanks! Not two people in the tent yet. It would work, but a little tight if its two big ones I think. I haven't used it that much, but I find nothing to complain about so far. Atb Erik
Where u get so much energy Erik?
riktigt bra film👍
Kul att höra Adrian! Stort tack
Hilleberg Allak this piece of gear is 5000$ here in Canada
beer on a hike it's interesting!!
Does that tent come with a foot print & do you use it?
No footprint
How well does the allak cope with the condensation issues, or ventilation overall?
god film Erik, mvh Hans Petter
Tack Hans Petter!
Mvh Erik
Erik sei grandioso
How far can you (or do you) travel in the actual kayak?
I could easy be out for at least a week. It has quite much room for gear, and is comfortable to paddle.
Erik
it looks like great fun. Thanks for the reply!
any thoughts to date regarding this tent ?
would you recommend ?
Yes , I like Allak a lot! Not very big for two people, but the two doors and vestibules helps. For one person it's pure luxury.
Erik Normark
Thanks
väldigt schysst/fint tält ,ser ut att klara blåsvädret nere vid kusten med bravur.
Ja jag gillar det. Det blåste inte så farligt som det nog ser ut i filmen, men det ska nog klara en hel del vind.
Erik
I like cod thank you
I want to do that
