Even though I wont be making this - I still love the content! Had my first Smugglers Cove rum barrel the other week and it surpassed the hype. But I also love all things allspice so it hit the spot for me. Excited for this series!

It might, but the cut down version I made you'd only be reducing the passion fruit by 1/4 oz if you halved it and then increasing sugar by 1/4 oz. It was plenty sweet with the syrup, pineapple, and apricot. It needed more rum and less lemon since it's 1 oz of lemon for each 1 1/2 oz of rum.
What a bummer your footage was lost! At least you were able to get his final take on the drink. That rum barrel glassware is amazing! Not sure where you picked that up but I want one!
Speaking of playlists, I'd love it if you made a Spotify playlist of music from your videos. You always have such good tracks. I would have that on while hosting a tiki drink party this summer!

Has anyone else tried the Nico's Rum Barrel form the Golden Tiki? It's my absolute favorite tiki cocktail and I have no idea what the recipe is.
Had this at the Atlanta location a few months ago. Historic, but meh.

I would cut the lemon juice down to 2 oz and increase the pineapple up to 6 oz to strike a good balance
