I owned the jeep 392 and it’s an awesome vehicle but I now own the Bronco raptor and I love the Bronco raptor every time I get in it I have a huge smile on my face, it’s fun it’s fast not as fast as the 392 but it’s fast and it’s so comfortable you will get zero driver fatigue & off-road it’s awesome it does everything I want it to do, once you get saddle time you get used to it being a little bit wider but it’s just an awesome vehicle. For about a little over $800 Ford now has a plug-in unit from Ford performance which gives the vehicle almost as much horsepower as the 392 and over 520 foot pounds of torque, and keeps it under full warranty which makes it faster than the 392 I haven’t got it yet but I am going to get it soon. And one more thing you can create your own settings with the R button if you shut off start/stop, turn on Baja exhaust and run the vehicle in sport mode with track control off it comes to life
@@FieldWorxoverlandadventures that is great to hear. It's definitely a fun off-roader and easy on the road as well but it will be interesting to see the plug in hybrid option because some of the people I talk to stay away from the PHEV option in the Jeep due to the added weight which makes it harder to recover
Love the Raptor bow that I drove one. Once driven offroad then the price makes sense
@@Johnnyscarcarereviews absolutely! No need to know how to off-road if you have this lol
Good review. Worth the watch. Comments, then a question at the end. A couple wishes. I have been considering a new 2025 F150 Raptor, likely the 37 package, but I am now also considering the 2025 Bronco Raptor. I really like this Bronco Raptor. I'm older and would likely never remove the top or doors, so I wish they offered a version with a solid roof and non-removable doors which would allow it to be a much more quiet drive, especially highway drive. I also wish the rear view mirror was a camera one so that the tire in the back did not partially obstruct the view in the back. I'm looking for a max luxury interior, go anywhere, any time, any kind of weather, on and off road daily driver. Living in mountainy ski country with heavier snows that high ground clearance and those big tires would be great, the suspension too and smooth ride, fantastic. And its versatility, very nice. I did hear that you can apparently option sound insulating panels for at least part of the roof; if true, that might help the quietness and be nice, but I need those details. One question, do you or does anyone know which is wider, the F150 Raptor or Bronco Raptor, the wheelbases side to side, and by how much? Thanks.
@@Nate-zy5ce You got it! Here's a comparison of all three trucks, including the F150 Raptor:
* F150 Raptor R:
* Width: 86.9 inches (with mirrors)
* Wheelbase: 145 inches
* F150 Raptor:
* Width: 86.6 inches (with mirrors)
* Wheelbase: 145.4 inches
* Bronco Raptor:
* Width: 86.3 inches (with mirrors)
* Wheelbase: 116.1 inches
As you can see, the F150 Raptor R and the standard F150 Raptor are very close in terms of width and wheelbase. Both are significantly wider and have a longer wheelbase than the Bronco Raptor.
I want to thank you for watching and taking time to comment.
@@Outsider.Reviews Thanks for that thorough and quick response. A question. Those wheelbase figures, are those side to side or front to rear? I ask b/c that 29" difference seems like an awful lot side to side, but the Bronco Raptor is clearly a lot shorter, though maybe much more than 29". That width of the F150 Raptor is my primary concern, nice looking and stable, but has its own issues. If the Bronco Raptor truly is narrower, side to side, that would be highly relevant to me. I will definitely test drive both.
A True Special Use Vehicle! Great set of Wheels.
Absolutely! It sets itself apart in our Off-Road version and can tackle obstacles at a higher speed than most!
Pretty cool rig but the price is crazy.
Crazy prices, indeed! It’s like they want us to start a crowdfunding campaign just to get our hands on it!
Best in Manhattan roads...
@@TsaisRealtyGNY I wouldn't know, are they worse than Québec roads? I thought those were the worst in N-A lol
Great review, like you, I was expecting a more brutal engine a little disappointing!
@@lucpedneault9724 yup. It's still a magnificent beast, especially off-road
Should be like 30% cheaper
@@DCresident123 what should be and what is are not always in lign unfortunately. I wish I could afford this vehicle as it is a lot of fun.

Lane drafting on highway?
Poor android auto. Missing map. 2-3 minutes to connect.
Power they hsve a kit for that 50 hp and 100 lb/ft torque...
Lol it's not the best Raptor in the series for sure but at least they improved it a bit with that software update.
@@Outsider.Reviews there is one update for 2024 model? Dealer knows about this?
@TsaisRealtyGNY Yup. Here is what I know.
Ford Performance Parts has released a software update that boosts the horsepower and torque of both the Ford Ranger Raptor and the Ford Bronco Raptor.
Here's what you need to know:
* Significant Power Increase: The update increases the output of the 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 engine in both vehicles to 455 horsepower and 536 lb-ft of torque. This is a jump of 37 hp and 96 lb-ft for the Bronco Raptor.
* Improved Performance: In addition to the power boost, the update also optimizes the throttle response and shift schedule for a more responsive and engaging driving experience.
* Availability and Cost: The upgrade is available for 2024 Ranger Raptor and 2022-2024 Bronco Raptor models. It costs $825 and can be purchased and installed at your local Ford dealer. You can even use Ford Pass Rewards points towards the purchase.
* Warranty: The software calibration is covered by the vehicle's 3-year/36,000-mile warranty, so you can have peace of mind knowing it's backed by Ford.
Where to get it:
Contact your local Ford dealer to schedule an appointment to have the software update installed on your Bronco Raptor.
This upgrade is a great option for those looking for a noticeable performance enhancement without resorting to aftermarket modifications.
Why do people think this is a good vehicle? For the price, there is no air vents for the back seats, and material used is subpar. Why praise ford while they are screwing us(the consumers)?
@@jimmytong2033 it's a lot of money but I wouldn't say the material used is subpar, however, I don't own one and can't really attest to the durability of the materials since I only have it for a week. The price is pretty steep for sure
2025 raptor bronco has the rear air vents and more sound detetoning
@@DiaperSNiFFER more HP as well. They had to
@@Outsider.Reviews lol it’s not a lot more thou
@DiaperSNiFFER Hey, we need to use positive reinforcement these days ok lol these companies are doing their best to keep high profit margins so any little thing helps hahaha Ford might cancel me after this comment
