I was in a motorcycle accident about 7 months ago and just found out i broke my arm in it. have to have a plate in my arm next week. Wonder if they found it before if i could avoid this but i had alot more life threatening injuries to so idk lol
I did radius fractures surgery it has been almost 2 months since the plate got in so the doctor said that the plate will stay forever any thoughts about it
Igot this exact plate, surgery sucks but youre out in like 3 days and after a week they take your cast off because the plate holds the bone in place. Then theres only a little pain and it takes a few months to fully recover but IMO is better than a cast.
@@yoobedaatokin893 Ik your not asking me but i had this done 2 months ago, i removed my cast and im allowed to do minor tasks and i also lift small weights at the gym my arm is fully healed tho
@@sachinpaneru524 same. I think its been 4 years since the surgery. I was just thinking if i need this to be remove. It doesnt cause any problem so far.
Watching this kind of videos,is better motivator for being careful on roads, don't care, you are driver of car or motorcycle.
My brother had more titanium than bone! A true terminator
My daughter has gone through this 8 months back in her arm .. i couldnt see her pain ..

They normally keep them in forever unless they bother you

Will there be any problem if this material is in the life time body?
Yep. I'm a plated man. Three in my right forearm. TSA loves me.
