Barbecue from the south of Brazil, only good meat: the strength of the tradition of the best roasts

A great barbecue delighted the public who participated in the 23rd edition of Transposul - a transport and logistics fair, which took place in Porto Alegre, southern Brazil, in June 2023.
For four days, sirloin steak, entrecot, ribs, prime ribs, flank steaks, lamb, among other meats, shared the participants' attention with state-of-the-art trucks and land logistics equipment.
The RS Brasa & Prosa team, led by grill chef Edi da Grê, prepared the roast show.
