RIP Dustin Hill!!
ZZ Top are all freaking legends 🤘🏼
The drummer seems a little off
my favorite group since 1973. phoenominal musicians!
Me too
I saw them in concert many moons ago and was the best I have ever seem in stage and I have seen many many big names. Rest in peice dusty. I loveeee Billy my guitar man.
One of the very few bands I can listen to for the rest of my life. It just brings my soul out of the mud.
I saw them play on the banks of the Mississippi River....during the beginnings of a storm....their beards were blowing completely sideways....lightning flashing in the sky. Epic.
I’m surprised I learned something I didn’t know about ZZ Top, from these Brits. Good content.
Saw them supporting Eric Clapton. Unbelievable brilliant and an unbelievable sound
For me nothing beats their 80's stuff.
R.I.P. DUSTY HILL
Rio Grand Mud was my first 8 track with ZZ Top…. Long time ago
This was an absolutely good documentary on ZZ top 👍🎛️😩🎸🎛️
RIP DUSTY HILL💘✊
Blues guitarist, Joey Long is "the Bluesman in the Back" from the song " I'm Bad I'm Nationwide"
The " Beautician at the wheel" is named Barbarella, Joey's wife.
They are the world's greatest rock band bands down
Thats a huge call when you remember there is a band out there called AC/DC
Blues Rock band !
@@streetguru3054 It's all down to personal taste....variety is the spice of life!
I was at a club and everybody was dancing and having a ball with "Pearl Necklace". All the girls had their hands in the air shouting they wanted a pearl necklace. A friend of mine walked up and asked me if I knew what a "pearl necklace" was in regards to the song. I didn't. He told me. I think I still have a little scar where my chin hit the floor. I felt pretty bad for all those girls... but it was so fucking funny I couldn't blame ZZ Top for pulling it off! I'm sure most of them never found out what they were demanding. (It still makes me laugh. I'm laughing while typing this.)
@@shrimp8004 Heh heh. I think most people could figure out what a tube snake was. 😁
LOL. It's quite obvious if you read the lyrics.😂
@@MrJohnnyDistortion Indeed! But nobody was reading lyrics back then. Especially at a club.

Pearl Necklace. Tube Snake Boogie. The innuendos are obvious
🤦♂️
Every time I have given a girl a pearl necklace, she has always enjoyed it. It gives her a feeling of a job well done.
Didn't mention the classic Mexican Black bird
Great video! Thanks! ZZ Top Rocks! ❤
Perfectamundo
Billy you keep up the music and guitar with zztop and I'll just run down the road and try and get a job part time here and there traveling and hiding out except to go to town now and again till I die take care , John.
Been a die hard zztop s from lp fandangoince I heard tush'75😮
Have been fortunate enough to see zztop on every tour since I saw them back in '1975 with Duke and thrivers, and blue oyster cult in Oct 75 ticket price 9 dollars not bad at all
Wtf...Their first two albums are excellent. Classic.
ZZ were my mom's favourite band, she saw them in Nashville in 1976 when I was still gestating in her belly but I never got to see them play live. Honestly, I absolutely love everything up to "Deguello", with the exception of the awful "Tejas" with it's grotesque 1980s remix, but every album after '79 is not even listenable for me. Funny thing, Depeche Mode and ZZ Top are two of my all time favourite bands but I don't think mixing the two was a tasteful idea. Oh well, just my opinion, everyone has one, I reckon. ✌️
HELL YEA !
Can't snakes escape easily from cages?? 🤠👍
The British love to thump their opinions on our treasured band’s.
They have all of the answers.
Why don’t they stay on their side of the pond and cover Wham, The Culture Club, The Smith’s?
You forgot about Bowie!
Are ya all havin’ a good time ?
ZZ Top is the baddest band in history.
these boring chats /nudne te pogaduchy.
Why do I have to learn about every American band from a bunch of brits
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Ikr!!!!! LMAO
Why is these people across the pond have to impose their fickle opinions on American bands..
Not saying there not allowed to but when I hear things not accurate it bothers me..
They should report about their own bands in the UK..
Oh I get it the list is too strange.
Wham, Boy George, The Jam, Oasis, the Smiths.
I suppose they are just too boring.
What wasn't accurate?
@@MrJohnnyDistortion I think the point he was trying to make the British Journalist act as if they know more than anyone else.
Either way I could care less .
You made a good point.
