Seen a few videos and heard a few stories on the Arc of Attrition. That's a really impressive goal with the black buckle. Look forward to following along.
It’s a very hard race due to the 15 hours of darkness, inclement weather and hard track to navigate. My perfect race 😂😂 prefer summer alps! Thanks for the support!
Chris this has to be one of the best comments I’ve ever received. This is why I do it and came back as I love sharing what gives me amongst many things, a great purpose in my life. Thank you 🙏
Huge kudos to Alex what a legend! Looking forward to following along with your training journey buddy. Glad your back sharing it all on. UA-cam too mate your videos have inspired me so much and I am sure they do the same for others. Shout out to the GTR Crew! 🦁⚡
good to see you back adam, i was on the waitlist for arc50 but didnt get a place, hopefully next year. but also im eagerly anticipating watching you lot on the arc should be a great field of runners this year
This is great! I’m looking to do the same soon. Looking forward to the journey, keep it up! Will you be training your nutrition strategy in the lead up? That’s my weakest area which I need to work on so I’d be interested to know how you approach it. 👍
For sure looking at nutrition. I had a gut issue mid race last time and lost about 50 mins as got lost at same time. I’ll work in that nearer race day 👍👍
Great stuff, looking at executing a 119km in Oct 2022 so hopefully plenty of time to build and maintain a fitness. Looking forward to using your content for developed of training program, thanks in advance…
@@ultrarunneradam Capadocia Salomon Trail Race, in Turkey 🇹🇷 looks pretty interesting with great history to take in prior to the race. A vacation with a Ultra included…
