I feel ya. Getting past the first inertia/ the initial hump can be annoying. But once you get momentum, you start to notice that the good habits can become second nature. It's spring break and this got me thinking I should at least get a morning jog in this week. Happy to hear that some good news came your way.
Keep going man. I saw your shoutout last video but I had it in the background while working and forgot to comment. Definitely spending time in nature is one of the most important and beneficial things you can do. I go out in parks, runs in trails by myself all the time. It's very therapeutic. And don't think everyone's life is perfect man, everyone is dealing with issues. I stopped drinking on Jan 1st of this year, planning on going completely sober this whole year, or at least till my bday in November so I can lose weight, stop the bad habit and refocus. I won't quit drinking forever, but my relationship with drinking was poor just like yours. Lifting weights is a must, find a gym and lift 3-4 times a week. Don't worry about people looking at you or whatever, just being in that environment with motivated people trying to do better will help you a lot. God bless you man
