Hi guys. This is just a suggestion, I see that you make her face you as you're pushing her. Sometimes toddlers can find that quite boring. How are if you let her face the road as you push. This way it'll be like site-seeing for her as well. Maybe this might help. 😊
This is great advice, and maybe adding a toy bar...❤ and unfortunately, she just has to cry it out and get use to the stroller. You both seem to be very good parents, gang in there!!! Each step brings new challenges, but being parents is incredibly rewarding. Enjoy each chapter ❤
I agree with @lungi820. Aura is older and keen to explore her surroundings so she will have a conversation about what she sees as you walk together. She looks so much like your mum! You're both doing a great job as parents, but please remember everything you do has to be what works for you both.
😢aww, she wants to walk but when she gets tired she won't fight you so. Let her face the road so she's not looking at you all the time and put a toy bar on stroller, something to play with/ distract her. That's great-Alex's parents on their year long vacation 💜.
You both are doing such a great job as new parents. Aura is now at an age where she wants to see everything going on around her. Placing her in a front facing stroller will allow her to see what's happening around her as you walk. Also, placing toys, a bottle of juice/water or a favorite stuffed animal in the stroller will give her other options to amuse herself with. When my son was a toddler, I would take slower walks with him allowing him to get tired and be more than agreeable with getting into his stroller for a nap/rest for the remainder of the walk. As first time parents, patience is key. It will all work out just fine in time. Love you guys !! ❤❤💌
Aura is so precious. The struggle is real guys but it gets better. The pure joy on her face seeing your mum was lovely to see. Children are so wise. They know who loves them and quickly get used to the many arms that are ready to hold them & cuddle them. You are a beautiful family. Aura will settle down, she’s just testing her boundaries. I wish you all nothing but peace & love ❤
Awww, you guys went to Jamaica with a baby and went home with a big girl 😍 she developing her own identity and wants ,wonderful..I think you're both doing the right thing in getting her back to her stroller it's natural that she's behaving this way after all ,she got used to being carried it's OK..Good to see you all ,I'm going to check out that adapter because I'm going to Jamaica in November also I'm going go back and check on the phone service or system you spoke about using down in Jamaica, thanks for sharing these information..bye for now give Aura a special hug from her internet grandma ❤❤😍😍😍
Parenting comes with experience, and I am coping better as a grandmother. Distracting Aura with a toy, or even pointing out the trees and the flowers helps. Our grandson now points out his favorite tree, and even notices when there is a rainbow while driving home from school,. He used to fight to be strapped in his car seat, but now I always say that we are going to go past his tree. It calms him down quite soon. Wishing you both well in raising your beautiful little girl.
Great job. Patience. When taking her for a walk put on her sandals and let her walk holding the handle as you push the stroller with her favorite doll or stuffed animal it. Maybe her seeing her favorite toy in the stroller will help. You will have to walk slower but at least she'll get the idea. At home she can practice pushing her toy doll in her toy stroller. Just let her walk as you are doing when gets tired Stroller time. Too heavy to pick. She is one healthy beautiful growing girl. God Bless your family Alex family is happy to finally have their grand daughter at home
You as parents are doing great learning what works. Have Aura facing the path instead of you as suggested by other fans. Yes, parenting can be very challenging but get rest when you can. ❤
Hi guys 🥰!!! When Aura is in the stroller, let her face forward so she can also have a great strolling experience. Speak about things on the journey. Stop, place things in her hand, speak about it and ask her questions. Take specimen back home - make a collage, by glueing bits of sticks and adding leaves gathered - for trees. Draw her stroller with her inside, cut out the picture. Paste this picture on the drawn trail. Put glue on drawn trail then add sand. Paste pic. to cardboard with string and hang. Aura should enjoy the next venture. Let me know how it went.🧸🧃😊
Just be consistent with her. You definitely don’t want to hurt your back. Giving her books or toys, and facing her to look out for to see people in the stroller.
I think you guys are wonderful! Pkease allow yourselves to make mistakes and take time to figure out what works for you. Give yourselves time to settle in again. Just keep loving each other and take strength from each other. Stay blessed.😊
This year my son has his 41 birthdays in few weeks I’m going to be 76 years. Child rearing doesn’t come with a book. Seeing that I’m over hill Jamaican grandma, here’s my suggestion because you guys leaving the house gets her ready for the trip. This may need to happen a few times before it sinks in. Tell her the truth, she’s getting a big girl and you can’t pick you up like went you was smaller. Therefore we need to use her stroller to get round better .She’s unable to do this now but as she becomes older she’ll manage the walking.together without it. See if she wants to a specific toys or books as comfort but also feeling in power with making a choice. I also allowed my son to make some choices in his younger years that allowed some trust in the relationship. All kid isn’t the same even when they are from the same family, no two kids is a like. But treating them like a little person letting know what to expect , information is important using it ages appropriate. My son was about 5, he asks to buy him a toy. I was learning still, so I told him no, that wouldn’t stopped him. I told I had no money , he told me go to the bank for money. Now he started to cry, I turned around and said “ if that will make you feel better when continue to cry’” but I still say no toys today and meet at cashier thanks. 🙏 It’s hard work but very important and awarding job, I’m proud of myself and my son for what he became with what little we had. Keeps strong, You guys are young and have families that love you that helps a great deals.
I'm wondering if it would help Auro if she was facing forward - outward - looking forward rather than not knowing what is behind (ahead of) her? And if that change in direction is possible with her stroller. She's a growing girl and her perception of the world may be shifting and changing.
Thank you for sharing your experience and letting other new parents know that they're not alone. Aura is very smart and you're both doing a great job with your precious daughter!
She like "ARMS and HOLDING" like most babies. Maybe you guys can start back getting her back use to the stroller, by letting her push it for awhile and get her familiar once again. Just switch it up (sometimes crying is not the worse thing for babies) just getting her to understand the stroller is needed and staying in for long distances at the very least. The only thing "WRONG" in parenting, is not trying your best; there is no one size/solution fits all. It's ALL trial and error, try not to be so hard on yourselves. Good Luck!
My daughter called her brother Bada as well😄 it’s so cute. I love that you’re teaching her to sign, it’s helpful for our little ones. You two are doing such a great job parenting.
Hi beautiful blessed people... You are a great couple, learning as you go, just as everyone... Don't worry... Your beautiful baby girl, "Ora", is growing up, and she has to learn Mummy and Daddy love her very much, you're just teaching her the best way in life... You have to be strong and positive and patient towards her... She loves when her parents cuddle 🤗 her, but as you say, she's getting older and strnious to be carried in your arms all the time... I love her, she's so beautiful... Reminds me of my own children... You three are so blessed, a lovely family... Love blessings and wellbeing throughout always... 🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️🥰🕊️👍🏽🕯️🙏🏽...
I understand, we had the same struggles, toddlers also get a little more moody when they are developping mentally, it makes it a little harder transitioning from activity to activity, especially when there's so much to explore 🙂. There's some things we've tried, that may help: We turned the stroller outwards facing the street, you can give her something new for her to hold or a snack, I give my toddler flowers or leaves I find along the way too, point out cool things along the way like birds or squirrels. You guys are doing great! She's soo sweet.
Glad you’re back, have missed you. No worries! You are two strong-willed individuals. Get a routine going, and be as flexible as possible. You can do this without baby sitters. Soon Aura, not sure if the spelling, will be in Montessori or whatever school you choose, and you’ll re-adjust again. Stay strong. Keep safe.🙏🏾🌺❤️❤️❤️❤️😌😊🌞🎶🎶🎶
Sold on the TessN adapter. My trip to Jamaica is coming up and I need one. $16 bucks on Amazon is not bad.👍🏽👍🏽 I wish you well with Aura and the stroller issue 😊
Hi guys you'll be ok, parenting is not a easy job there are days you feel like stress and don't know what to do but the good thing is you have each-other,most kids go through that phase even with the car seats so just have a little faith you're in my prayers.
Hi Guys.sorry about the struggle.try putting a tray in front of her and put a little snack on the tray.something that she likes.then later add her special toy or a book.
One day at a time. My sons never like the idea of being in the stroller let her cry a bit she will get used to it. Yes it's tiring you both overwhelmed and been held is a comfort level. Exactly your support group is not there huge adjustment. It will get better love you three.
Nice to see Aura in the stroller looking better than it had been for you guys. It seems she is big for that stroller and the front facing one would be better for her where she can see what's going on around while you push her. Not sure if that's popular in Sweden but I had a MacLaren lightweight for my daughter at that age where she was facing out while I push her. Good luck going forward and all the best.
Hi, nice seeing y'all again. Maybe u should try taking her favorite toy, when taking her out in the stroller🤔. Also get her involved in what she's seeing on the journey. Someone mentioned forward facing might be more exciting. She maybe showing signs of the terrible 2's. One day at a time, be safe & blessed. OMG hanging hair to dry. She's growing nicely.
I know the struggle is real when you first parents how about if you invest in a backpack that you could put her in they have those that she could sit in on your back and it be easy for you , I know they don’t come with instruction, you guys are such a beautiful, couple daughters, gorgeous she could be a model later on in life
❤ thinking of your fam in the islands. Hope everything is ok and you heard from them. I know it can be pressing when you are far away. Wishing you the best.
❤😊. She will be okay. Some of your other viewers made a suggestion try it. Give her some toys for her distraction and let her see you guys also. Just a suggestion.
Hi may be it would be a good idea to put some of her favourite toy or book, might help her to enjoy ride in her stroller. I have watch your vedio from you first meeting. Wishing you God's blessing. From the U k.

True statement and if possible lower the cover. She is then able to see her parents and the view.
This is great advice, and maybe adding a toy bar...❤ and unfortunately, she just has to cry it out and get use to the stroller. You both seem to be very good parents, gang in there!!! Each step brings new challenges, but being parents is incredibly rewarding. Enjoy each chapter ❤
exactly, babies are nosey and love to see things. so turn her around, she may start loving it more

Sweet little girl ❤ She reminds me of my daughter many years ago. We are also an interracial couple who chose Africa to be our home 25 years ago...
Aura telling mummy to call brother(her uncle) and grandma and the joy on her face seeing her grandma is priceless.❤
i just said the same thing....💜
😢aww, she wants to walk but when she gets tired she won't fight you so. Let her face the road so she's not looking at you all the time and put a toy bar on stroller, something to play with/ distract her. That's great-Alex's parents on their year long vacation 💜.
What a big smile when she saw her Bap.

Great job in being persistent. That's the key for successful parenting. Blessings from Texas!!
Great video! It’s good to see the unfiltered parenting content. There’s so much of the aesthetic version online already. This is relatable

She's growing up so fast and sweet 😍
Great job. Patience.
When taking her for a walk put on her sandals and let her walk holding the handle as you push the stroller with her favorite doll or stuffed animal it.

You will have to walk slower but at least she'll get the idea.
At home she can practice pushing her toy doll in her toy stroller.
Just let her walk as you are doing when gets tired Stroller time.
Too heavy to pick. She is one healthy beautiful growing girl.

I love the extension of the hair pieces, blowing in the wind, that Alex 😅, brought to our attention ❤xxx...
So good to have a laugh...💯
That fake hair is horrible, doesn’t look professional either with the color. Lovely young lady and a nice couple and baby. Just my opinion.
