I lived in Conway for several years, as well as spent every summer in MB with my grandparents ....and my parents. visions I do remember a lit more now....
Probably Florence flooding, I live near 501/31/17 and watched the ICW get to the top of the docks here, and start flooding the yards. I feel bad for those who had yards lower than ours
I wonder if they were hit by the flooding from Hurricane Matthew? I know there were properties just outside of Conway that have flooded two years in a row. I know if I owned one of those houses I would be flying the white flag of surrender about now.
Noted, but i do look around a good bit, have found a couple spots, i usually go hiking or for a walk and try to find stuff but driving through myrtle ive found tons of abandoned stuff
Really depends on what area you are looking at... not in rental business so can’t say for sure. If serious inquiry I’d contact some local property management companies for accuracy or check advertisements
Mr. Myrtle ...I had to revisit the old Playlist 😁

+Sue Hawkins that was my initial thought as well.
Sue Hawkins at 4:33 you can see the flood line from the flooding we had , I go by it on my boat pretty house and spot it's on
Florence was awful and in some areas had flooding worse than Mathew in my understanding
Could be some prime real estate along the river!
Hey im from myrtle as well, id love to know some local urban exploration spots!
Once you start looking, you will see them. They are all around.
Best urbex advice ever. Go look for it. #2 Don't mess anything up.
1,000% agree.
Go to view, not vandalize.

Also, drive down some of the older county roads outside of town. There’s lots of old homes and trailers.

I'd check Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com. They will give you a fair idea.
