Seriously! Give her time and she will do it. The Deputy is the one who will do all the work. I think it was very smart and wise to have her as Deputy- everyone learns the craft. She has passion, she is very warm and embracing. She is outspoken and enthusiastic! A fresh breath. She is very sharp! Way to go!! Africa’s future is very very promising. Praying for you!!
Hon. MinisterEMMA THEOPHILUS. Congratulations!! You are born to lead. May the almighty protect and guide you. Your future in leadership posiition in Namibia is #1citizen. No doubts. The President of Namibia Dr Hage Geigob made a remarkable choice Africa. I salute sir. May you live long.
Namibia, all I can say is y'all are doing something right if your schools are producing incredible talent like this at 23 yrs of age. Emma will do well and I can't wait. Love from Nigeria!

Am happy for the role you are taking on and you will be a role model for many young Namibians. One advice stay away from corruption please. Stand on the moral principles you sit for yourself.
I know her, I've performed with her. And believe me she knows what she is doing, she has been a leader in so many ways. Namibia made a smart move to have her as a deputy minister.
Praying Numbers 6:24-26 over you Emma. The Lord guide you wisely as you make big decisions for our motherland - a great leader & role model foe the this & tomorrow generation
According to her background, she does have tbe leadership skills. Can you all just stop hating on the girl because of poverty or whatsoever. We all deserve a chance regardless whether you are from a rich or poor family. She is smart and is campable.Ya' al talk too....Work harder and go sit in parliament
Good luck to the young lady, I hope to see other races also pushed through the ranks cause it has never being like that in this country, equal opportunities are all we so desire in this country, we all have children that wants to become something in life so stop with this affirmative action policy that seems we understand but fail to put in proper place, there are other races also more than capable to do certain jobs but blocked because of their ethnicity ,why after how many years of Independence, this practice should stop please.
Hennie van wyk The youth from the other races should not shy away on getting involved in politics. No one is going to notice you if you don’t expose yourself by getting involved in youth organizations and movements and also politics. Most youth from the other race in Namibia just finish school, go to SA, return, work and live on the other side of town without ever getting involved in social issues. If you read about Emma, you will find that she was quite vocal and active youth. She wasn’t just picked.
@@MSMDLSKAM that's ur opinion , you should also know that it's nothing personal against her Rather the practice as it is in Namibia, we shouldn't ignore the fact that resources aren't distributed fairly in our country, nothing personal just facts as it seems.
Hennie van wyk I didn’t say your comment was personal neither did I take it personal. It’s obvious that one needs to be active to some level in order to be noticed. Even amongst youth of the same race, she was obviously more noticeable than others. By referring to SA studies, it was just to illustrate how some students might stay below the radar. In fact, I Nam not aware of a youth wing of the other political parties whose majority is the other race.
