N.W.A. definitely changed the game the way they did. Jerry Heller became the group’s manager and he was the first one to introduce gangsta rap. The group dealt with some problems with Ice Cube leaving the group after their first album, so they released their final album after Cube’s departure. Straight Outta Company movie came out and their story needed to be told. Eazy E and Dre were beefing over Eazy choosing Jerry over him, which hurt their brotherhood. Ice Cube wrote a lot of the group’s songs. Dr. Dre was the mastermind behind his production duties. DJ Yella was basically the DJ and didn’t rap at all. MC Ren was an OK rapper, but he was alright. What if Eazy E never died, they would still be together and still doing shows and touring everywhere. After that, the group made it to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which is a huge accomplishment for them all. The group also had a huge problems with the FBI over their lyrics. Arabian Prince was the missing piece because he was the original member of the group before he left the group, so he warned the group about signing those record deals

Definitely changed hip hop forever, and as much as Straight Outta Compton didn't tell the whole story, the story did need to be told. I wish they'd been able to get back together, without Eazy they were never the same. Which is ironic, as he was the one who had to get taught to rap. RIP Eazy.
