Thoughts on the dancehaul vs the warpig?
@@Max_Bu12 I’ve ridden them both and they are both dope boards. Main difference is the bends. The extra stable and floaty flat/rocker of the Warpig or the snappy, aggressive feel of the Dancehaul
Would love to see the DeepFake in pow! Looking to add a big mountain board that does well in POW too.
I hear ya, I haven't had a chance to get on in some deep snow yet but just the feel of it I'm sure its pretty friggin good. Although if its a big day and I had the option I'd probably grab a Mtn Pig instead😜
@@PeterGlennSports 100% ! Do you feel the Mtn pig is stiffer than the BSOD? I am honestly looking at the MTN Pig, BSOD, Ravine Select, or the Yes PYL DCP. So Many Options!!
@@PowPig MTN Pig is a little stiffer than the BSOD. I'll tell you one thing though. I got to try out the Mega Death a couple months ago and that thing is SOOOOOOO good! That and the new Burton Alekesam were 100% my favorite freeride boards I tested.

Haha yeah the Mega Death is a little saucy, but man is it worth every penny.

Have the 23/24 Twinpig and it's quickly become the one I reach for most days. Presumably if there were any change in tech for any of the boards featured, you would have mentioned it?
Yeah for the 24/25 Twinpig its just a graphic change. "If it aint broke, don't fix it" 😜
2020 Warpig still has the best base graphics.
That for sure was a good one but wait till you see this one in person. The camera definitely doesn't do it justice!
Any guess as to what volume shifted boards(any brands) might best mimic the performance of the Shadowban?
I’m a size 12 and usually on ice, tired of booting out. While 6’1” I only weigh 170. So I don’t want a 170cm wide board just to get enough waist width.
You honestly can't go wrong with the Warpig, I've ridden that board many times and it is a true all mountain killer! We have a few more videos coming soon featuring it so stay tuned
@fZionists78 i almost have your same specs (I'm 6 foot, 150 lbs, with 12 boot size). Wanted to get a shadowban but the 155W a lil bit narrow for me and I don't think I can handle the 160W with my weight. Now I'm looking more into capitas cos there are more wide size available
@@archimedefavini7807 You'd be surprised, as much as people don't think height has much of an effect over a board, it does. Also with a size 12 you might not necessarily NEED a wide board. Check out these videos for better visual explanations.

@@archimedefavini7807I have a 155W and 162W Shadowban. Both phenomenal until I got new boots. The 155W is obviously more nimble and easier to manipulate.
When I’m not aggressively laying it over, both ride perfectly. But my new boots(32 Diesel) are significantly larger and stiffer than my old 32s which allowed for euro carves.
how is the edge hold on ice with the algo and deep fake?
The days that I tested those 2 boards it was warmer, so no ice in sight but any Ride boards I've ever ridden on harder conditions in the past never really had too much problem. The Slimewalls really do help absorb a lot of those vibrations that can shake your edges loose.
I have last year's deep fake. My favorite board yet. Hard Charger. Super stable and hold the edge like a champ!!!
