That is my home city of Angeles where I was born and grew up. Locals here were originally Kapampangan, but merchants, traders selling there wares or items you seen on side walks are not Kapampangans. Some are migrants come from various provinces of the country and not Kapampangans so to speak. In that market as you walk around, vendors selling foods to cook, fruits and veggies you seen are purely Kapampangans. FYI
