Here in United state people are worried about there youth children running around and in the Philippines it seems like there walking around and explore by themselves freely
But in the Philippines there are a lot of cases of children being exploited because of this

Surprised you managed to make it around Divisoria without getting robbed. I have heard so many stories of foreigners been surrounded by guys and someone pulls a knife and says give me the money. My ex would not let me go here and in some places in Mindanao. I totally agree Filipino people are wonderful, but this is one place where crime is rampant.
