It seems that every gun I want you always have a review on lol. Great taste my friend
I built a parts kit on a 3D printed CZAR receiver and liked it enough to upgrade to a metal receiver and threaded barrel.
Was just thinking/talking about the 380 model only two or so weeks ago. The stick mag definitely gives it a different vibe than the 32acp.
As a side note, I remember the Vz.83 model in Rainbow Six Vegas. 😁
Yep, that was why i went with the black grip for the x18 version and wood for the original. Just 2 different vibes.
@@misha5670 it's almost like a Mini Kiparis or something.
Great stuff as always Misha!
First one I've ever owned was a 9mm Makarov version I sold it and then a couple years later came across a 32 ACP version and held on to it either way they're a lot of fun and really cool you usually don't have an issue selling them for the price people usually jump on them there a good buy either way
Back in 2011, CDNN had them new for $400; but only the .32 version. Century was the first importer, then Czechpoint. When the VZ61 first came out, they were very spendy though; think $800 at a time when the wASR was $300-$350.
Misha.. That was me yesterday or was it the day before.. I know you can feel the energy...
Good video. Very interesting weapon. Many years ago, I can remember seeing a photo of one of the original .32 Auto Scorpions as part of an interview with the then Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. That was before the internet, so there was very little information available on it or any of the weapons from "Iron Curtain" countries like Czechoslovakia. Keep up the good work.
The original Red Dawn had a Vz61 in it. These CSA guns are neat because they are original Czech mfg, just with a semi-auto FCG instead of select fire. Otherwise, the same guns, including bolt system and barrel.
Cool little gun
"Little?"
I'm sure no sort of pistol brace entered into that adapter while the camera was turned off 😉
Actually no...but...."in for a penny, in for a pound' know what I mean? lol
9x18 Makarov...the chambering I would choose for this as well. Needs the brace, though. Just doesn't look right without it.
I've often thought a side folind brace would look neat on this particular version.
That is the cutest little pistol I've ever seen 🤗
I have a Czechpoint VZ 61. Fun range toy!
Beautiful Piece
Been watching your videos for years, and you are my go-to for AK info. So thank you for that! I have a question for you about an arsenal I own and would like to get it a bayonet, BUT I have no clue what kind would fit, if any. Keep up the good work with the videos Misha!
Most Arsenals take your standard AKM/AK74 type ba yonet. A few like the Classic series though take the original Type I bayo.
@misha5670 thanks man! It's one of the 100 plum cerakoted sam7R's if that helps narrow it down better. Should've said that before. Haha Thanks for the reply! Keep up the great work!
Then your standard AKM/AK74 bayonet should fit. Just keep in mind that AK bayonets were serialized for a reason. Sometimes just tolarences could stack up and not let one quite fit or fit just a bit too loose.@@seanyakelis3210
I Like the Original wire brace on it the Best!
Too bad its so very difficult to install. Working 2 screws ya' know? hehe
Shame we cant have select fire. Strange to think about it.
Nice
Just like I don't have to justify owning the 25acp version but I did and I made some good money off it went it went byby
They have a .25 version? That's bonkers. Of course I want one.
News to me too. Never heard of it either.@@robertl6196
I've carried a .25 pocket use. It's placement not super duper new toy of the year. A 100yo pistol can do it's job if it's taken care of
Very nice 👍
Ah yes, the tool
You have no idea who's and what gun you are holding, touching and sensing.. Cheers from a ShegRt from krajina..
That gun is terrible
i dont find that beautiful...i like tec9 better...only talking about looks
You see the new Beretta PMX? It's like a TEC-9 that doesn't suck.
I took the PMX out again for a brief trips back this summer. TLDR with it is still running great.@@timewave02012
