    Wow month watering huh.. well a few tips need to add pinch of turmeric power n crush garlic flakes instead of ginger n huh garnish with chopped freshly coriander leaves. Try it and u will feel the difference. Serve with goan pav or pulau rice but don't recommend with choppatis.

    Ima try this recipe out for tonight. Is it better making it a previous day as it gets more tastier?
    Also no need to add any bafat masala right... I've got Goan sausage. So just direct cooking.

    • @TheAspiringHomeCook
      @TheAspiringHomeCook  4 роки тому

      Oscar, you can eat it on the same day. It turns out really tasty. I find that with a lot of curries, they tend to taste better the next day. And I dont use any bafat masala. The resulting flavor will depend on the flavor in your sausages from the spice blend used by the person making the sausages. Enjoy your sausages tonight. :)

      Hi Trisha, Thanks for your reply. I have been using Dorellis goan sausages so far they are good and available in Australia, but nothing beats margoa market sausages😉

    • @TheAspiringHomeCook
      @TheAspiringHomeCook  4 роки тому

      Hi Xavier, I feel that there will be too much spice. Goa sausages usually have a good amount of mixed spices that flavour it really well. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you really want to, you can try.
