Don't break the illusion guys, people watch for so many reasons, you will always have views, whatever you post. I often think Al and Gina must be so disaplined and driven to post like they do, and to have achieved so much. UA-cam is a gift if you use it properly and a great escape from normal mundane tv for us. We also feel we are helping you guys by watching.🙂👍🏻
Doesn’t matter what you all film. It’s the entertainment and the knowledge behind it that makes it fun and interesting. See y’all in the new year (2025)
You young fellers have awakened a story with your talk about freezing weather and vehicles starting. I live in central Montana, It can get very cold -40 is no stranger. Any way about 30 yrs ago we had a cold cold cold spell. 40 below was common for a spell. I got up one morning to go to work and it was about 35 below. I went out to start the car, which was a little french model. I had it in gear and cranked it up. It started fine, but the throttle was froze wide open, so I went to shift into neutral and the gear shifter broke off at the floor. So I shut it down and went back to bed
We appreciate any of your content, whenever you put it out. On a normal job, you come home & off duty. Now you are home & feel like you have to work. We like your animals & how you interact with them & the funny things they do. We enjoy your builds, cooking anything & family. Relax. We aren't going anywhere.❤
Jason, when choosing which tractor you want, you should also consider, after price, having a good capable dealer with good service close by. Look at how Al had to sell his excavator because of the lack of service within a reasonable distance.
Ben, you could always film what Meg is cooking! None of us get tired of that. She is so creative with her baking and cooking! Now Al on the other hand always is building something to film! Jason, I always enjoy what you're doing and I love your sense of humor!
I know people get upset when subscribers make certain comments, but Ben has really pushed the buttons of us who expected him to build a room for the girls and a pantry for his wife and mother of his six children. 😊
Jason you have achieved so much with what you have. Having a tractor doesn’t get more done. You have to want to work. You have achieved heaps more this year than people that have equipment!!
Still watching everything each of y'all post. 😂 you are harder on yourselves than we are. Loved Meg's video this week, Ben. Neber too much bacon! Inside projects round out the homestead and breaks are part of that. And this south Florida girl born in Hawaii would never go outside in your weather, Al. Happy, blessed New Year to you and your families!
Thank you guys for sharing your time and experiences with us. Great 2024 and looking forward to seeing you all in the new year. Blessings to all your families.
Al and Gina are great at posting plus I always love thier content. I have quit watching your content Ben. It doesn’t come up on my feed very often. Jason it short but sweet love his content
Al .. Canada here we have the same problem.. check where the problem was imported from 😮.. I will always watch whenever you guys get around to posting No pressure ❤ Happy New year 😅
Happy new year❤😊 On the 5th we are going to my son's house to process a hog and chickens. 😊❤ Y'all need a guilty free vacation whenever you can catch it. We your subscribers will make it!!!!😅😂
Al, your barn addition is looking wonderful !! Keep warm ! Jason, Happy Birthday 🎂! Blueberry pie, oh my yumminess !! 🥧. Ben, nothing wrong with taking a break when your burnt out, we'll be waiting or better yet let the older boys film their jobs/adventures. Meg & Buggy cooking together I just love. Great podcast guys !!
I want to say Thank You for showing up every week. Even though I watch all 3 of you guys videos, this is like a behind the scenes of what goes on in your life. I really enjoy everything you put up on video. Blessings to all of you for the new year. 🎉🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
Happy Friday Holiday Guys .. I’m glad ya all doing well and enjoying .. I Love the Weather even the Rain and a Bit Chilly ….,Hubby doesn’t like the Cold at all I tell him layers.. I stopped on working on our 1925 home till February..lots of Birthdays and just lots of things to do in January I enjoying when I can watch ya on my me time 🌱🏠
I just love you guys! You help me remember my older brothers sitting around shooting the breeze. I'll be 80 in January, great granddaughter of farmers, and I really look forward to your posts. I am so grateful that you take the time to share your adventures. Praying for many blessings to come all your way.
Ben ..... Do some barn/ garage projects. Pick up the barn-garage, do a welding project or repair, do a wood project, etc... Your sons and you (at least what we see on camera) always do interesting things in the barn-garage.
You could also play your guitar, Ben. Jason, I see one in the background. You guys could have a get-together & play & record. You can both post it & we would enjoy it. Just an idea❤
Merry Christmas from grateful Pl., Farm.. you guys could make a video about finishing all your half done projects. Lol.. my husband needs the encouragement.. 😍
No posting = role modelling a healthy life looking after yourself and your family. The algorithm may not understand, but luckily your viewers do, so... Ignore that guilt, Guys.
I have one New Year's Resolution every year: to pick and do at least one of the things on my to-do list every day. So far, that carries me about six months until I forget about it. It has helped me go gang-busters for the first 3-4 months, at least. ~ The one thing I never get tired of though is watching this podcast. I haven't missed one!
Hello 👋 guys, if you paint the part of the post that goes in the ground with roofing tar after charring them they will be rot resistant for at least a couple of decades. Oak or maple also makes really good posts 👍💪🙌🙏🌈✌️🐽🐷🐖
Me- "Ohmygosh Jason is kicking it on his fencing... Al and Gina built a fence, a shelter for the cow scale and an addition on the barn!!!" My sister- "Did Ben get the garlic planted yet?" Me- "I bet Meg did! Maybe she will be on Homestead Shop Talk next week"
Top of the list for Jason....new AC unit for the cooler and most definitely a tractor. I can remember in the early years o watching Al, it seemed like he plowed snow every morning before he started his chores. I thought at the time, I could not live with that much snow or cold. We are pretty lucky in the area of Virginia where I live, our temps are more moderate, snow is few and far between, and that is just fine with me now. Y'all have a happy New Year with your families. I'm looking forward to Ben getting that room finished before gardening season. 😄😄😄
Just so you know -9 F is -22 C. 11 F is about -11C. I enjoy your podcasts as I also enjoy each of your channels and watch as soon they post. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to each of your families.
An idea for a podcast or vlog topic that I think a lot of people would interested in is, Music ! I always see the instruments on the wall behind you Jason, and I know Ben plays , not sure about Al.
Bision... we lived for 2 months on a beefalo ranch in Wyoming. My children were cautioned not to ride their bikes along the fence where momma Bison with babies were. Though the Rancher had very sturdy strong fencing, they warned that won't stop that momma from going through if she's threatened by something... they are still wild even in captivity and huge.
Stony ridge farmer was given one to try and show off. After a few months of use he wasn't impressed with it and went to send it back and there was NO MORE Co., he may still have it !!
Thank you, gentlemen. I've enjoyed all the Shop Talk discussions throughout the year. Best wishes for every happiness and success in the new year. I look forward to hearing about them on upcoming Fridays. Peace, love and blessings to you and yours.
Here in Washington State, we just paid $10.49 for 16 eggs. They were $8.69 2 days before Christmas. I am fully expecting $12 by the first of the year. It's going to be a very interesting New Year. Getting back to real food and preserving it without fear is exciting. Happy New Year you three!
Ben, we don’t care what you post, we’re always glad to see y’all.
When you slow down on the post Ben, we miss seeing Buggie following dad around or seeing her helping mom !
Don't break the illusion guys, people watch for so many reasons, you will always have views, whatever you post. You put that perfectly. I was thinking the same things.

Happy New Year to Lumnah Acres,Holler Homestead, and Sow The Land families. May the upcoming year be a real blessing. ❤❤
Doesn’t matter what you all film. It’s the entertainment and the knowledge behind it that makes it fun and interesting. See y’all in the new year (2025)
Well said thanks for sharing this. Thumbs up 👍 on the new year.
Happy Birthday Jason 🎂🎉
Happy Birthday Ben 🎂 🥳
Happy birthday Jason. We love you and your girls. ❤❤❤

There are just some times you say that enough !!

It's a great pass time, watching their videos, even their reruns !
Start doing what you love.
Happy birthday Ben. We love you and the entire Hollier clan💜💛💜😘😘
Ben you looked tired …baby girl #2. You’re definitely blessed as well as Meg
Jason, when choosing which tractor you want, you should also consider, after price, having a good capable dealer with good service close by. Look at how Al had to sell his excavator because of the lack of service within a reasonable distance.
Good point having a servicing dealer is most important.
You could do an “odds n ends” themed video where you get a bunch of last little bits of projects done. So satisfying!
Great podcast!! Thanks for sharing your lifestyle. 🤗👏👏👏
Jason your fence looks awesome
Ben, you could always film what Meg is cooking! None of us get tired of that. She is so creative with her baking and cooking! Now Al on the other hand always is building something to film! Jason, I always enjoy what you're doing and I love your sense of humor!
Ben how about finish Building the addition for Buggy and her sister, Al works in the freezing cold.
I know people get upset when subscribers make certain comments, but Ben has really pushed the buttons of us who expected him to build a room for the girls and a pantry for his wife and mother of his six children. 😊
The Hollars depend on the UA-cam income so seems Ben will manage what he can when he is able. We don’t know all that is going on in his/their lives.
Jason you have achieved so much with what you have. Having a tractor doesn’t get more done. You have to want to work. You have achieved heaps more this year than people that have equipment!!
Ben, I wanted to see inside the Beef Wellington, sliced. Rare? Did the kids eat the mushroom pate inside the crust?😊😊❤❤
Still watching everything each of y'all post. 😂 you are harder on yourselves than we are. Loved Meg's video this week, Ben. Neber too much bacon! Thanks for the year guys...see ya in 2025
Glad to listen to you guys. What ever you talk about keeps us like-minded people listening and laughing!! Keep it going ... 😁
The pigs put on a bigger layer of fat being outside all Winter to keep them warming! Great idea Al!
Why is Ben not building anymore? Al is building in snow.
It’s too cold, it’s too hot, it’s too wet, it’s too dry! 😅
Happy New Year 🥂
Have a Great New Year!! To All 🇺🇸 💥
I love ALL Homestead Shop Talk Podcast videos!
Al and Gina are great at posting plus I always love thier content. I have quit watching your content Ben. It doesn’t come up on my feed very often. Jason it short but sweet love his content

Al and Jason are very diligent! Look at their beautiful homesteads! Proverbs 21:5 at work.
Thx for the farm wisdom. There is always something for this Cali girl to learn. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Jason and Ben need to go tractor shopping together lol

I’ve heard the 3 of you talk about building a root cellar. Good time to get started.
New Year Resolution. One more cooler trailer... Life is Good 👍
NO, TWO more cooler trailers, one for Ben and one for Al. Or Al will start putting his cool-room together.
Alway interesting!!
Happy bday, Jason!🎉

I paid $2.89 on sale last week. Regular price $4.29 here in California.
This is one more than a year and a half. Well done guys!
When Jason's trailer gives out, get a used U-Haul trailer that you can stand up inside and make it a cool box that you can hang the meat in.
Hi guys!
Happy birthday! Blueberry pie is a childhood favorite. In Alaska blueberry picking is essential for fruit in winter. Happy holidays!🎄
