Its always an advantage being multi lingual
It is an advantage in regular life as well.
4D chess moves bruh. He was also talking on Lex’s podcast that his friend would frame-rate other fighters so they could see reaction times and recovery times to see what was the best strategies depending on the opponent. Master craft strategic fighter.
Reminds me of Alexander Gustafson vs Rumble, where even though Gustafson was Swedish they didn’t use this to their advantage and they simply yelled out “ALEX! FRONT KICK!!”
NinjaMatul That’s a great comment man! I watched Kobe his entire career and had no idea.
So you’re telling me they didn’t show him play himself as Batroc in Captain America? What a missed opportunity..
Yeah, that or his Kickboxer fight scene. I was hoping he would have to comment on himself in the movies, especially his fight against Jean Claude Van Damme.
Did you see him in _The Falcon and The Winter Soldier_ ?
I was thinking the exact same thing
Haha IG would be cool but I would not say that was an MMA scene.
Not really, he still flexed his fighting skill. Also why’d GSP of all people beef with captain America? No. He fits better as Batroc the leaper. GSP as himself in the MCU would be silly.
He is a gentleman. He was very careful not to be too critical. Classy guy.

GSP had so many memorable fights in his career and probably one of the most humble fighters to come out of the UFC
Real mixed martial artists and fans know this guy right here is the living goat for the sport, truest champion and the definition of what it is to be one. I’m canadian so I grew up during his rise and reign out here, his impact was insane for our country.
Remember his buddy david loiseau
His breakdowns and explanations are really good. I don't know a lot about MMA but he makes it easy to just learn about what I'm seeing. I know he's one of the best to do it. Should be a coach.
Im glad GQ hired one of the classiest if not the classiest fighter ever to do this video. GSP is a true martial artist in body and mind. Peaceful outside but dominates the baddest fighters inside the cage. A rare breed of a fighter.

This man elevated the class of MMA. Before him, some states banned MMA. It was labeled as human cockfighting. A spectator sport for skin heads, trailer trash, and low lives. Not too many people thought of competitors in this sport as professional athletes. St. Pierre is a true definition of a Martial Artist. He worked hard to perfect his boxing, Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai and that made more audiences appreciate the multidisciplinary approach of the sport. He also rarely engaged in trash talking and was always a gracious winner and loser. He was one of the first who showed up in prefight conferences wearing suits.
he also trained wrestling and gymnastics
