Hi guys!!
Here are my top 10 favorite breakfast places in Oahu that you need to try.
I can eat breakfast all day everyday! It is my comfort food because we always need comfort right??!. I need to feel love and food does that to me!! These breakfast places are usually very small and you need to wait awhile to be seated if you’re dining in.
#1 - Boots and Kimo’s homestyle kitchen.
This breakfast place is in Kailua Hawaii right across target.
Address:
151 Hekili St. Kailua, Hawaii
#2 - Yogur Story!!
This restaurant is bigger than the usual breakfast nook.
Address:
815 Keeamoku St
Honolulu, Hawaii
#3 - Button Up Cafe
This is a cute little place in Pearl City!
Address:
719 Kamehameha hwy
#4 -Basalt
Located in Waikiki.
Address: 2255 Kuhio Avenue
The Original pancake house
This breakfast place has two locations
Address:1414 Dillingham Blvd
Scratch kitchen
Scratch kitchen is located in Honolulu and you can make a reservation on open table.
Address:1170 Auhi St.
The nook neighborhood bistro
This place is hidden so you have to really drive slow when you get to the area because you’ll miss it. It was a very small entrance.
You just need to have cash for parking and it is a little difficult because other businesses uses the parking as well.
Address: 1035 University Ave
Cafe Kaila
Cafe Kaila is known for their different types of waffles.
Address: 2919 Kapiolani Blvd
Waioli kitchen and bakeshop
What I love most about this place is its beautiful location. It’s basically an open breakfast area where you’re surrounded by nature.
Address: 2950 Manoa Rd
I’m gonna add one more guys cuz I really like this place and I don’t wanna leave it out. It’s a very small place in manoa called the morning glass and cafe’. Very tight parking and very tight space but if you can just order their watermelon drink and their breakfast burrito, you’re good to go. Oh and two people can eat that breakfast burrito.
Morning Glass + Cafe
Address: 2955 E Manoa Road Honolulu HI 96822

Thanks for your recommendations! We went to Yogur Story over the weekend and ordered their three best sellers: Ube Pancakes, Prime Rib Loco Moco, and Crab Cakes Benedict. All were amazing, the ube pancakes were so delicious. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. Definitely one of the best brunch places I've been too!
Yes I love all of them! 😋
I had dinner at Basalt when we were there, and it was wonderful

I would like to plan a vacation back to Hawaii to try more of these places. I miss Hawaii very much and it is the most wonderful place I have been in the Pacific. Mahalo nui loa for your video.

Yessss!! They are really good!!😀
@@FoodyLizcious I went there a few weeks ago...was so cool...enjoyed the vibe...I made video too...!
@@ricklaporga5867 that's awesome! I'll check out your vid!
Not bad reviews. I'll have to check to see how future reviews go. I think the only one I've been to is Boots N Kimo. The ribs are good and the pancakes are great. If you are in Kailua, try the Food Company, which just moved from Enchanted Lakes to across the Safeway in Kailua town. I loved the selection of their menu items when they were in their old location, with a huge lunch/dinner selection. They had a huge breakfast that would probably fill a lumberjack, with almost every kind of breakfast meat possible. If near Enchanted Lakes, check out Nene Goose Bakery and Blossoms Okazuya. Both behind the Safeway, next to the Cinema. Good Okazuya and pastries/bread. Good luck on the reviews.
Awesome thank you!! I'll keep those places in mind!!
I live here but never been to Boots yet. Always get a long line, I just got to cinnamons instead. I love yogurstory's rib eye locomoco
Boots over rated!! Their Mac nut pancakes are good but I won’t go back cause $15 for three pieces on pancake I’ll go McDonald’s for a big breakfast and drink still have change! Hahaha
yeah you should try boots and kimos! I do love yogur story too!!
Aloha Kitchen and Cinnamon’s in Waikiki are my favorites. You should check them out.
Yes I need to do another video of the breakfast places I missed.. Thank you 🙏
Aloha Kitchen is our favorite for breakfast! The food is unbelievable! You should go, I guarantee it will be on your next top ten list!
FYI @ 8:10....K-o-k-o Head Cafe
you gotta try sweet e's and of course Liliha Bakery
Yes!! They’re on my other videos thank you! 🥰
I’ve tried #1-6 ☺️
Woah! That’s awesome! I’m currently collecting my next 10 😆
@@FoodyLizcious Nice! Looking forward to watching it!

Food Trucks- I feel like its been such a trend now and there are so many great ones!
Ice Creams- Another trendy dessert... theirs the roll up ice cream, gelato, snow factory, don't forget Samurai (The one ion Umi St. in Kalihi is my mother in laws business ;)
Yeah the food trucks and desserts will definitely do! There’s Samurai in kalihi? I tried the one in Aiea... I’ll definitely go and visit your mother in laws business!
@@FoodyLizcious Yes! She runs the main factory and sells their products to the Aiea location.
The Original Pancake House is a chain out of Portland, OR.
Wow really?!...that’s so awesome!
@@FoodyLizcious Glad they’re still open on the islands. The German Apple Pancake is so worth the wait!
