Lunge w/foot up
Lying Star Raises
Circuit three:

I actually got this stepper for my two big Labrador dogs. They use it for a step to go out their doggy door. It works great!!

Just did this workout and I'm dripping in sweat. This type of exercise (HIIT) gets me outside of my comfort zone which is exactly what I need to get stronger, challenge myself & also see results. You're awesome!!💕
Wow this workout was really challenging for me but I didn’t quit. I had to pause a few times to catch my breath but I made it to the end. I will get better I’m determined to complete this without stopping. Thanks for the great workout I’m definitely motivated.

I didn’t think I was going to make it through it but I kept pushing myself, despite the sweat dripping in my eyes. I know I’m going to be sore the next couple of days, especially from those squats and lunges. 😅
I just subscribed to your channel and saved a lot of your videos in hopes of getting my pre-baby body back (I've had 3 by the way)and also from birth control messing with my hormones. I get so discouraged and I've tried so many times and failed. This time hopefully I have success because your videos look amazing for getting back right. I'm 238.6 pounds by the way and hoping to accomplish a weight loss of 80 pounds.

everyone is going to burn a different amount of calories in any workout. There are to many factors that go into calories burned... age...height...weight... temperature of the room exc..
