Yeah the cables probably binding up some where. I would try shorten the cable route it to where it doesn't bind.
Haven't hooked up the new controls yet. Still trying to get the suspension setup the way I want it.

Don't Need to Grind the EARS off for the Front Signall Lights. You can easily "BEND" that tab or Ear off using your thumbs, due to the Crap Weld. In getting the area smooth I used a Circular Sanding wheel on a grinder. Be sure to use a Primer to prevent Rust prior to touch up with paint.

I have a wild request, or maybe you can just give me an explanation. Im missing my right hand an Ive been looking at the Ruckus for over a year. I can see it would b the most easy scooter to manipulate the throttle from the right side over to the left so I can drive. I Cant find a left throttle for this bike so it would prolly have 2 b upside down twisting forward instead of back. Besides the direction it would twist I wanna kno if I might run into any other complications?
I purchased this set recieved it yesterday and had a issue with the throttle? seems to be halfway throttled at like 50% meaning when I put it on start it up wheel starts spinning at a high rpm. could this be caused by the throttle cable being "longer" now that its not on the stock bars? any thoughts could help, tried TR no luck. Thanks in advance good tut to do you like your new controls so far?

Installed the stem thanks to the help from your video..I'm now running into a problem with the battery box...When installing it, it is a pain in but to put it together. Is there an extension/pacer that allows the battery box to go in smoother? how are you installing it? I have to pretty much squeeze/force the battery box into its place...Thanks for the help
I plan on doing this soon. For reference, what size are the stock bars? I don't want my controls having issues fitting over the PWJDM stuff.
