I've watched all of your crossbow stuff. It's great by the way. Anyway I watched your stuff about the Jandoa Chase Wind, it's now the Sanlida Chase Wind. I like the look of it so I've bought one. It's the 150lb version, it's fabulous. I've got a Jag 1 and 2 and an ek blade+ which are all accurate. But this is a different league of accuracy. It's defo my new favourite crossbow. Brent. Thanks very much.
Not sure if anyone else mentioned this but the high mounts could be why the sight is aiming high, i had the exact thing happen on an air rifle, basically the sight is so high that even when zeroed as low as possible is not low enough, lower mounts could help if you're prepared to redo it all and lose the ability to look under the sight too, probably doesn't matter now as you can use the lower dots but its an option, if the jandao had a tilting mount like some crossbows do that would solve it but looks like it doesn't Nice to know to got fixed the shooting to the left too, looks like a great crossbow to shoot.
Cheers, yeah I did think of that, but not sure how low I could get the scope without it interfering with the rail, I do like this height as it's good for cheek welding and looking down the scope and as said you have the emergency look under ability. I did zero it with the laser but I may have said, when fully adjusted it still shoots low/high.
My guess is the limbs were not properly matched at the factory, perhaps, so you have one that is slightly stronger than the other. There's often small differences between individual limbs, in how much each limb "deflects" for a given amount of force applied to them. What I think they should really do is test them, grade them, and pair them up with other limbs that test very close. That way you'll have a crossbow that shoots straight! Did the fix of loosening the bolt continue to hold up?
ON THE TOPIC OF SIGHTS! I have this same crossbow, and I am desperately looking to get a telescopic sight for it, but I can't find ANYWHERE the specs for the rail. So I have no idea which sights I can get for it. Can anybody give me a hand? I just want to know what kind of sights can fit the rail, the mm of the Chace Wind, etc etc.
If it's an adjusting Mil-Dot scope, select an optimal range for your zero and just adjust you POI down. Your scope manual should indicate what the clicks in the scope translate to in Mil-radians.
As said in the video it's a crossbow scope not a mil dot, and nope it's zeroed as much as possible but still won't be quite right, as the scope is for higher velocity crossbows.
I thought you had mentioned there were dots along your reticle, figured you were referring to mil dots. And if I may ask, what's your process for zeroing the scope?
Looking to find replacement limbs for jandao chase star 150lb, cannot seem to find any online outlet that sells replacement parts for this brand, any one here know or can point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Thanks for a great review. Can you mount a quiver on the bow?

Cool looking cross bow, look forward to your shooting video on this.great video mate.
Yeah filmed it the other day.
Brilliant, I am looking to get a crossbow so this is really helpful.
Cheers
can you get a quiver for this?
Yes I fitted a Bohning quiver to the picatinny rail for the optics, works a treat nd makes the bolts easy to access.
good afternoon could you tell me if this crossbow jandao is more powerful than the jaguar or mankung 175 pounds?

Nice crossbow dude. Ever think about getting your hunting license? Random question I know but I'm curious
It just dawned on me that I haven't read up about hunting laws in the UK my apologies
No such thing as a hunting license for bows in the UK, totally illegal.
Weaponsandstuff93 WOW
Crossbows,an interesting weapon or tool
Yeah effective 700 odd years on.
Hi mate, do you rate this bow better than the MK 150lb?
Yes
with airguns, if you buy them online will they just send them straight to your house or will you have pick them up in a store
You have to get them from a store or pay a massive fee to get someone to ID you at the door.
How much was the crossbow and where did you get it?
Merlin Archery years ago, was about £120.
what kind of animal it kills ?

Can you own airguns in the U.K.?
Seeing as I've done videos on them, yes.
without a license, up until a certain power then they are covered by real firearm licenses. I think you need licenses for them in Scotland now though.
Hey man
SGT.FISHBOWL 99 hey wassup
Jesse D. Shellum/U.S. Army you can have up to a .22 rifle or 12 gauge shotgun
Great Vídeo!!! How many inches the string?
Chace wind has a 30" string
Man I can't help but cringe at the U.K's laws... no offense intended.
Any sensible person hates our laws.
