Indeed this was the best desi omelette that I ever had. A must watch & visit. You will see the chefs confidence in making the eggs. He has made his own recipes for drooling experience. I was shocked with the way he plays around with pan and eggs. A reasonable place with great taste. I did not visit with high expectations however it turned out really well.

World's best omlet is always available in every nukkad,small town,big town,small city,big city,small metro big metro of India.
I used to eat approx 10 eggs in breakfast almost every day except Tuesday but since long I quit all dairy products eggs etc now I eat only fruits and lot of fruits in breakfast and trust me it rocks in terms of enery and health It totally changed me

this i used to have when they were running the shop in one stall in Sector 4 old Gurgaon circle. they are three brothers who started this with normal French omlette. they are having simple green chutney with red sauce..

Why don't these vendor understand. We don't need to boil the eggs in butter we have too cook. So put 30% of it ... That's why I started making them in my home.

He's the most irritating host I've seen till now, talks useless stuff which is not needed, pretty much annoying the chef, making weird noises, maybe some people may like it but, it's annoying to me, Im subscribed to a Korean Channel and many other channels (foreign) they don't even talk and just show the process of making the dish, without even disturbing the cook, and still manages to get good number of views, I absolutely love that. But this is definitely not my taste 😒😑

This shop is in my neighbourhood, still I have eaten only twice or thrice from there, that too french omelette only because in french omelette, there is no packet sauce added because packet sauces are very unhealthy, loaded with preservatives and chemicals. So I prefer french omelette only because it contains eggs, salt, coriander and amul butter only. Amul butter is not unhealthy at all. If you don’t know you can see the ingredients and making of amul butter. Amul butter is plain butter prepared from good cow milk and it has added salt only.

I just watch video, but I am sure that all items are very testy. The main secrate is Amul butter and he is using good quantity. Also he is not over coocking. Some places, the over cook the food. I feel the price is little bit high, but any how he is using Amul butter. Also he organised well.
