- I am deeply impressed and highly satisfied to experience Egg varieties in Surat. I heard from few viewers of visa2explore that i will get to enjoy Egg varieties in Surat but what i experienced and enjoyed on taste was much more that what i heard or imagined.
Bottomline: Surat has super amazing egg varieties, heaven for Egg lovers.It will be quite right to say that Surat is Egg variety capital of India.

back in day, the desi street food used to be all about flavor of basic ingredients including egg/veggies/lentils etc. These days, it's all about butter, creme, processed cheese, mayo etc.

@@sandeeepify Hilarious but true !! I don't understand this obsession with butter for indian cuisines.. butter and cheese go nicely with continental but only in a very limited dishes in indian cuisines.
I hate use of butter, mayo excess ghee, cream in all food nowdays all over india
@@zackryan268 bhai india mei pehle se hi butter and ghee khate hain achi quantity mei. Pehle toh sabke ghar cow, buffalo hoti thi. Ab toh kuch bhi pure nahi milta.

Finally, after watching so many egg street food from India where an insane amount of butter is used, I know the reaction of ,"too much butter" from the diner.
This is the city, mahenat se food ki lari wala bi engineer se kafi jyada kamata hai....Aur log reward bi dete hai. Ek baar aake dekHo to pata chalega

During 1990 I was there in Surat at Palanpur Patia and used to pass through Adajan patia for my office.... during that time I never saw these Omelette/egg shops... may be this is new innovation in Surat. Once I've to go there to taste it. Great ideas...
Yes. I also was staying at Adajan Patia in 1989. Surat was damn dirty then. One would never think of eating roadside food at that time.
The Most Important Part of all the Surat Egg recipes is Green Garlic which is not available in most of the part of India. Also in Surat there are many more places to visit but most important thing is to select the best dish out of that place. Kindly keep a company of Pure Surti Person(Like Me) to find out the perfect Dish!!

Sir you have the best food channel in India.What makes you different from others is the intense,serious and mature description of taste and ingredients in a dish which you taste.The camera movements capture all the making process in a dish with proper editing and sequential arrangement which I did not find with other food channels in India.I would highly appreciate if you show more national and international vegetarian varieties of food in your channel as I am a vegetarian.

in Gujarat there is a very old saying"SURAT NU JAMAN ANE KASHI NU MARAN"it means for ultimate experience of soul eat in Surat and die in Kashi.. Surat is heaven for food lovers.not only egg but also other non veg and veg varieties like Ghari,Surti locho,undhiyu etc..i hope you have tried it.yes prices are high but Surati people don't care.they just want to earn n enjoy.i love Surti people..as far as egg varieties are concern nobody can beat them.good luck and keep exploring..
