Acted irresponsibly by giving car to a minor who is going to drink n celebrate which are two offences n then overspeeding n killed two folks . If the father was responsible why would he do that ?? He would have sent Driver with a minor or dad should have driven him to bar n waited on him to see his son celebrate. I don’t even understand why would you ask the question.

@@AparnaBL one not should be punished for others mistakes, what if that child is a arrogant child n not obeying his father or what if the car had taken away without his father knowledge . And also no son ( under aged) will tell his father that he is going to bar . As always ur dad and my dad and his dad --- DAD always protects his son . At any cost, that is nature . If u had done this same mistake also did u think your dad will leave you for the LAW , no he will try to manipulate the case for saving child . And i know 2 of them are dead they have also parents family and all still…. that boy should be punished as he is just 4-3 months away from his legal age .
The court verdict after several decades:
1) The car Porsche did hit only the road divider and not the techies.
2) The juvenile was not driving the car.
3) The juvenile has only orange juice at the bar
4) There is no eye witness to prove the facts that Porsche hit the techies.
5) The techies where drunk beyond control, they lost the balance and hit the divider and died due to trauma.
All case against the poor juvenile to be withdrawn.
Punishment to Police and law makers. They will be asked to write an essay in 600 words, about how they will take proper care of the wealthy person’s drunken kids in future, so that it does not get leaked out to the media and cause public outrage.
This happens in south India too. Despite high level of education we have one law interpreted in three ways. The rest is determined by money...big drama ... any protest is met with ...
If you and your family think you are old enough to drive, then you are old enough to be locked up like an adult. Parents and child should be treated as murderers.
This is mockery.

His child is a minor who just completed 12th. But despite that he has no driver's licence. The father is the responsibility of the accident because he let him drive the car and being drunk
