It's been too long since I've made something like this! What do you think of an aquarium filtered through a waterfalls terrarium? These wacky builds are some of my favorites to share, so I hope you all enjoy it. Have a great weekend SerpaSquad!
Thank you for being a great inspiration to other young people that might want to try creating something themselves instead of just going out and buying it or paying someone else to do the work. You do a great job showing that anything is possible.
I feel like this episode really highlights the fact that things might not be perfect the first time and it’s okay to step back and change things. I’ve watched this Chanel for what feels like forever and it’s crazy to see the improvement over the years and how old projects spark the inspiration for new ones. Love your videos so much!
This is amazing. I love what you did with the hardscape making it look like the elements flow through the glass. It really helped the two tanks appear to be one unit. You really outdid yourself with this one!
*chef’s kiss* It’s awesome watch your style and technique evolve. Each design builds on the lessons learned from previous ones. Thanks for another great video!
I am so stoked to see some sparkling gourami in the animal room - they have so much personality! As always I'm amazed by your patience and your artistic vision. I love when you pivot on a design and everything just seems to 'click'.
Yay! It's Saturday Morning and Tanner does not disappoint! I love these complex builds- I'll never build one at home, but it gives me the confidence to at least TRY something new 🙂!
Great video! I love the creativity and how it turned out in the end. May I suggest you to give us a bit more time of the finished results? Maybe some 2 to 3 minutes in the end of just the fish and the plants swimming around the setup. Just so we can appreciate more the final results :) 🐟🌿
This looks gorgeous! I just love the waterfall and the moss. It would be cool to see what this looks like after a couple of months. Thanks for showing us the whole creative journey, including the times you had to redo something to get it to look like you wanted it to. The fish also look very cute.
The final iteration of the plants in the aquarium works so well with the Terrarium! Like your first designs were great, but you truly show your passion and expertise in all your videos, and it never fails to impress me! Particularly so with getting the aesthetics between the two to match in this one.
I loved the infinity tank and the orb tank. I think the builds like these are some of my favorites. The two crystal tanks for example really show off what a simple idea with good fish tank fundamentals can do. Thanks for being an inspiration!
I recently made my first complicated, DIY-heavy build using all the tips and tricks from your videos and WOW do I have so much more respect for your work now. All the trial and error makes it really hard to stick with a design and see it through. All throughout this video, every time you explained a new roadblock you encountered, I was like “oh man I would’ve just given up if that happened to me”. It never really clicked for me before how much patience you possess for these scapes. I’m glad you saw your initial vision through, even with all the issues you encountered, because that final product is STUNNING! A fitting home for one of the best nano fish :]
A classic build! I love it! As much as I love all your content, I think the classic builds are always my favorite! 🖤 (The outside pond content from this past summer is a close second!)
Funny to see that you are posting this just after I finished my first waterfall paludarium. Love seeing your process and creativity. Your work was the inspiration for my project.
Great work! The fish are so cute. I love when you do funky designs. It's so interesting to see all the weird and complicated setups that are possible in this hobby.
Love all the details in this video. Sure we can go look up your glass cutting and build videos but having it all in one video is super helpful. Thank you for your dedication to making videos for us. You always inspire me to look for improvements to my enclosures. God bless and have a great day!
I would’ve loved to see the filtering/pump system so I have an idea of the set up. Other than that beautiful result, Tanner. thank you for adding the yellow shrimp they are my favourite too!
Clear silicone shows up dirt and traps unsightly dirt. I use black as its more cosmetically viable for my overall look. Maybe Tanner has another reason but I am guessing it looks better. ❤
It would be lovely if you put a giant SerpaDesign logo on the wood behind you in the beginning of the video. It's so beautiful. And I think a green logo would just add right to it!

Are you kidding?! We absolutely love it!
I regularly go through phases where I like to just watch a ton of your videos back to back in a cozy blanket instead of watching a movie or show.
ME TOO HAHA
Same! I’m in my comfies and beneath several blankets doing so right now
It's classic SerpaDesign when you hear "I cut a piece off of this random thing" and it turned into a masterpiece.
Right you are!

I really like that you show the whole process, including mistakes, last minute changes etc
Not mistakes, happy accidents! 🎨🖌️
16 minute video today? What a gift! Beautiful build ❤
Other aquarium scapers could learn from your "less is more" approach! Beautifully done.
This is amazing. I love what you did with the hardscape making it look like the elements flow through the glass. It really helped the two tanks appear to be one unit. You really outdid yourself with this one!
The fishy narration at the end had me laughing your subtle humor and silliness is always appreciated alongside these cool builds

You are the sole reason for my new found hobby, I just picked up a 40gal breeder tank, and I’m excited to start this journey!

I think so too!
I made this same comment years ago......so I agree 100%

Always a pleasure to get a new serpa video while I'm eating, perfect natural entertainment with some pretty neat learning!

Great video and amazing aquarium 😊 it’s my dream to open a fish shop someday and have display aquarium like that
Wow, this turned out amazing! I love how you fearlessly test out new ideas and let your creativity guide the process. Love it!!
Yes, less is more. Something I am also trying to apply in my life. One of the best builds…. Yet! 😊
I’ve been wanting to do a tank + planter with terrestrial plants for a while. This is a great inspiration as always.
That glass cutter is a game changer! Thank you for linking it!
I've never been this early! What a wonderful way to start the weekend!
“I wanted this terrarium to include a lot of moss.” Like that wouldn’t be something you usually do😂
Funny to see that you are posting this just after I finished my first waterfall paludarium. Love seeing your process and creativity. Your work was the inspiration for my project.
I'm still watching after many years. Love your craft.
Great work! The fish are so cute. I love when you do funky designs. It's so interesting to see all the weird and complicated setups that are possible in this hobby.
This is a Tanner build for sure. Thanks for the unexpected treat.
the fish look really great and fit the design perfectly
That turned out beautiful! As usual, you never cease to amaze me.
Absolutely stunning as usual. I got an aquarium for my birthday and am looking forward to attempting to make something beautiful out of it.
Your creativity is a true gift. Awesome build!

Looks awesome as usual.
Turned out great! Love the creativity in all of your builds!
Dang! I love this build! So creative, unique and inventive! Your creative mind never ceases to amaze me, you are so uber talented!
This setup looks amazing😁 Can’t wait to watch more of your videos in the future!
Fantastic. I enjoyed this video Tanner.
I just love how you mix it up, and less it more worked for me, nice one !!!!
Gorgeous! I think the less is more worked out perfect
Congratulations on your remarkable work, greetings from Brazil and more success for the channel!
you know its a good day when tanner posts
I agree
Beautiful man even by just the thumbnail
Less gooo!!! Another Serpa vid just dropped!!!
Great build, lots of trial and error. Cheers from 🇨🇦!
Saturdays are so much better when I see Tanner on my screen
This is very creative😁🌱
I've been super sick the past few days and your videos have helped me feel so much better
Enjoy watching you process.
Incredible work, as usual. 🫡
Water mechanics can be daunting to say the least, Glad it worked out in the end, you Never fail to inspire 😁🐙
Really enjoyed this build. I feel like making a new aqarium now.
Amazing build, I enjoyed watching it come together.
turned into a beautiful build!
i love the crazy builds! they are such a fun way to get inspired about more manageable home builds myself!
Simply beautiful!
dude crushed it as always!
This is so cool!! I've been thinking about getting sparkling gouramis for a while and they are absolutely charming in this tank!
As always another fantastic build 👌
I would’ve loved to see the filtering/pump system so I have an idea of the set up. Other than that beautiful result, Tanner. thank you for adding the yellow shrimp they are my favourite too!
amazing ambitious build!
nothing better than having dinner while watching a SerpaDesign video :)
Absolutely gorgeous!!!❤
Classic Serpa and a great build
Finally another terrarium!
Beautiful as always
As always a breath taking build. I recently discovered your channel and it's helped me so much In deciding on a tank for my green tree frog.
The Salamanders appreciate your time and effort on getting the balance just right to match your vision.
Nice build ❤. Gonna watch your globe video again.
Best way to start my morning
Beautiful terrarium
Awesome build!
Gorgeous!! Thanks for sharing
Amazing setup
I really enjoy this setup 👍
another stunning piece of art, i hope that one day i too will be able to make stuff like this
I'm jealous of your glasswork. Is there a reason you use black silicone over something like clear?
Clear silicone shows up dirt and traps unsightly dirt. I use black as its more cosmetically viable for my overall look. Maybe Tanner has another reason but I am guessing it looks better. ❤
Ur videos are so inspiring!
Bob Ross of aquariums!
Do like the unusual design.
Amazing as usual!
Came out great
Beautiful!
Solid build!
This guy is a legend
It would be lovely if you put a giant SerpaDesign logo on the wood behind you in the beginning of the video. It's so beautiful. And I think a green logo would just add right to it!
Another certified Classic
Love your Projekts
Truly amazing!!
Gorgeous.
Very nice!
Badass tank dude
So creative! ❤
Best videos on the app!
I use that speed square to make ice cream bars at work.
Stunning 😊
Wonderful build. I am curious as to why you don't use clear silicone?
