You should have choosen jayabheri summit it has many Ammenties. Because avatar is crowded with many people with houseful flats. Whereas summit has less flats, big Ammenties.

My Home Avatar has many amenities and covered well in the video. But this community is high energy uptake community. I doubt about their sustainability and safety in long term. High rise apartments require more energy and resources for maintenance. There will be hormonal issues if u live in high rise apartments. Up to 10-12 floors is ok. People should make wise decision before purchasing these high rise Apt.

Be it 10 to 12 floors or 30 floors when everyone follows apartment rules and guidelines there will no harmony issues.
