  • This video explains in detail how you can make your own stair climbing robot by using acrylic parts and various other components such as DC motors, motor mounts, evive, Lithium polymer battery, motor driver, standoffs, Bluetooth module HC05, wheels, and jumper cables.
Get ready for a never-like-before making experience as you make your own DIY Stair Climbing Robot, a robot-like similar to the Curiosity Mars rover! The robot is based on the rocker-bogie mechanism which allows it to climb over obstacles.
Follow step-by-step instructions to make it, program the robot easily in PictoBlox - a versatile graphical programming software with advanced capabilities, and control it with Dabble - our ingeniously developed project-making mobile app!

That's not how the rocker-bogie suspension works. You need to link the left side wheels to the right side wheels with a counter-link. It minimizes jerking of the body and keeps all the wheel to get in touch with the ground.
