That’s awesome! I’m happy for you. With a cargo van you have the option to get local contracts as myself, go OTR (over the road) that’s when you take loads to further states. Or you can do gig apps. Gig apps can be used as part time since you only work when you turn them on. Understand your local demand for this type of business and do some research before starting something. You wanna make sure the demand for this type of business is there!

I got my LLC, vans, drivers and insurance. Then I offer (apply) my transportation services to a company or a carrier that needs my transportation services

Sorry to hear that brother. It all depends on what you want to do. You can do local contracts as myself. Work from apps or go OTR (over the road) that’s when you take loads far away into other states. Since I’m a father I went the local route so do your research and figure out which one you wanna do. If it’s apps, download and sign up for them and start taking loads and making money. If you want contracts, check out the demand in your area as well as the requirements. Indeed is a great place for it. I have a video on how to find local work in your area as well if you’re interested to watch it and get more insight.

How much do you pay the driver ?? Each week???
You can do 60/40 or pay hourly. However both of you agree on & you can pay weekly or bi weekly or per job.

Get a free quote from progressive! I went with them but just get a few free quotes and see which company suits you better.
I got my quote but I had to good with the cheapest coverage cause I do not have any contract yet. Is $400 a bad deal for 100k/300k coverage?
