I like how you just be yourself. Sometimes I think some people try to be like your dad and try to talk in the same cool way. Just do what you do Tyson props
I think they do that just to give sneak peaks and a little extra content. Better than other channels give you. You’ll hav to wait weeks to get a decent video
Like this mill-turn machines so much. I spent 10 years programming a Mazak Integrex with two spindles and a bottom revolver. It's a joy to work with these machines.
Great job Tyson! I can add, when roughing off the face stock on the 2nd op, face towards the chuck, and not down. This helps keep your part from pulling out of the jaws. Leave a small amount for a final skim pass downward like you did. Thank you!
This is the absolute best instructional video I have ever seen. I felt as if the information downloaded into my brain, like a clear understanding with such clarity! Thank you.
1-When roughing the 2 angled front faces you are milling a little bit of air. You can save some time by trimming the toolpath to the stock. I use Hypermill and you have the option to add raw material to 2D jobs such as contour milling. 2-You say thay the clamping is not very stable but i notice that you are cutting the 2 flat sides with the same 2" milling head going from the clamping out thus making a full cut and sending the load outwards. I would have gone the other way around to avoid vibration. For finishing too. 3- why make the front radius with a ball mill when you could use a long flute endmill and soulder both faces and the radius? Could be from 2 sides if the machine geometry is good and the tolerances wide enough. Not a hater but a fan. I'm just trying to criticize constructively.
my hat is off to you sir. that swarf pass in Mastercrash is a pain in the neck... i would like to know your pucker factor when you had to prove it at the machine the first time.
I want to be able to program those kinda of complex pieces, but don’t know how or where to start… I know it takes a lot of knowledge and experience I genuinely want to become a master machinist!
Isn't it easier to use a holder, where the tip of the insert is directed not sideways, but straight down, so you can just simply turn B-Axis about 45 degrees, and nothing interferes with your workpiece during a facing operations?
It looks like you don't have problem with Mastercam programing your machine. With DMG NTX it's not that much, I end up doing a lot of hand edit and corrections especially when you start using tool management and Multi-task tools.
Plz Titan Make whole Programming videos How u make its program Very deeply and I'm waiting for the 7 Axis and 9 axis programming videos Especially For turning Programs I'm having many issues If tu can help me with that
Great job Tyson, your as cool as cucumber explaining all the steps, and a joy to see you do your work with such enthusiasm. Titan was be an awesome teacher / person & the whole team to work with everyday. If I was able to work there, wouldn't want to go home at quitting time, (@@) ! Bear
There are several methods of metrology to apply in process if needed, including automation if the machine tool has the capability. Very vague question sir...
It gets more crazy when your machine tool can support multiple toot turrets and milling spindles. Multiple programs running synchronicaly from the same Mtm! Amazing stuff.
Seriously get a couple machines from mazak so those of us who work with them have a better idea on how to optimize them and boost production. The operating system is quite a bit different from everything else I've worked with and I've hit a wall with what I'm capable of learning without slowing down production to do so under company parameters..
Hello good night, I am the first comment, greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽 I really like your UA-cam channel, I am currently graduating my electromechanical career and exactly at this moment I am working in a machining center on a VF-9 of hass
Werbischdu the sizes and roundness of the components is extremely crucial we are currently using a mandrill setup to eliminate distortion from the Chuck, after measuring it would appear that the cutting tip is being pushed away from the component in some places, I am only having an issue on the OD. I hope this Information helps.
@@keenanjackson8083 It sounds like you have a rigidity issue if the tool is being pushed away from the cut. Are the parts in print while the are clamped in the machine? How bad is the out of round condition?
I somewhat disagree. There’s a lot of content out there on how to get a Tormach or Haas 3-Axis going, but as soon as you step up to 5 axis the material dries up. Multi-axis machines are becoming increasingly accessible and relevant compared with only a few years ago. For the rest of us? Yeah it’s just fun to watch these cool machines do their thing.
I like how you just be yourself. Sometimes I think some people try to be like your dad and try to talk in the same cool way. Just do what you do Tyson props
The calm, concise, and competent way you convey the information very much suits this type of video and this type of work.
These kinds of videos are much more enjoyable than a 2min short with very little info
I think they do that just to give sneak peaks and a little extra content. Better than other channels give you. You’ll hav to wait weeks to get a decent video
yeah, I'm not a machinist and don't have anything to do with CNC but I love that videos
Wow, nicely done - I really like this guy, quiet and competent, no need for excessive showmanship, the work says it all
It’s Titans son
Its really interesting to see the difference between Titan and Tyson. I really enjoy both of their styles of video, so its win/win regardless, lol
Really enjoy the longer videos and Tyson explains evertyhing clearly. Thanks!
Man this is what I love. Show from start to finish step by step and give the reason for your operations. Great videos.
Like this mill-turn machines so much. I spent 10 years programming a Mazak Integrex with two spindles and a bottom revolver. It's a joy to work with these machines.
Tysons of CNC
man tyson is actually a genius. beautiful work as always guys!
Great job Tyson! I can add, when roughing off the face stock on the 2nd op, face towards the chuck, and not down. This helps keep your part from pulling out of the jaws. Leave a small amount for a final skim pass downward like you did. Thank you!
I really enjoy videos made by this guy because he is calm and he explains things very clear
Last toolpath was quite mind blowing and really fun to watch! Good job! 😀
this is the future of manifacturing! great video!
Nice work Tyson! You're killing the lathe (mill) work haha. Keep it up!! Look forward to seeing more videos from you.
This is the absolute best instructional video I have ever seen. I felt as if the information downloaded into my brain, like a clear understanding with such clarity! Thank you.
As someone who actually works in this field, it's fascinating to watch the process!
Good stuff man. You are killing it as a machinist. Keep up the good content!
This 9 axis is love 😍❤... amazing toolpaths man and its killing it like butter
Tyson makes for a amazing teacher
Wow. If my dad was alive today he would have loved the way kennamental has gone. (Being sales manager). I know for sure he would of loved Titan
Tyson, you are a natural born teacher.
I really enjoy your videos in particular Tyson! I really appreciate calm lol.
I liked this longer video! Thanks for your time in showing it.
What a machine! Thanks for the introduction and the explanation of the process. Fun video.
Excellent explanation and picture. Great work, Titans!!!👍👍👍
Tyson, you're a natural! That was fantastic!
Tyson is my favourite member of the team
What an excellent video. Very explanatory and helpful. To the point of what needs to be done
i'm happy to be able to operate such a machine the possibilities are enormous

Im amazed master cam can do these parts considering i love featurecam to do most of my stuff
Great insights Tyson,
More axis the better,,°°
Loved this video Tyson! Very informative and fun to watch!
I want to be able to program those kinda of complex pieces, but don’t know how or where to start… I know it takes a lot of knowledge and experience I genuinely want to become a master machinist!
Very cool really enjoyed it.
I probably would have made it a little different but still a really good video. Keep up the great work
Just excellent.
Great walkthrough
explained very well, great job
Way to go Tyson
Excellent job and description 👍
Good Morning from Randleman North Carolina USA 🇺🇸
Great tutorial. Good job Junior
Outstanding explanation and this was amazing!
Another awesome video guys!
Hi Titans team , love from india
very nice Tyson :-)
Isn't it easier to use a holder, where the tip of the insert is directed not sideways, but straight down, so you can just simply turn B-Axis about 45 degrees, and nothing interferes with your workpiece during a facing operations?
Could have probably tilted b to 95 and made that work, but good he shows the right way
Tyson make ist best ,with informations
I WANT MORE OF THESE VIDEOS!!!!!!
It looks like you don't have problem with Mastercam programing your machine. With DMG NTX it's not that much, I end up doing a lot of hand edit and corrections especially when you start using tool management and Multi-task tools.
awesome! great video format!
thanks for the video guys. Very great content! Keep it up :)
Nice work!
Thanks for sharing!
muito bom , que sonho saber operar uma maquina dessa !
Thank you for awesome job.
I have a question? HOW YOU choose your jaws ?
You should can define your jaw using solid part or 2D drawing on the Setup page.
nooooice :D awesome job, thats aluminium i presume?
Why not tip the B axis over for the first facing cuts to clear the shank instead of reordering the OD cut to second?
Trying to figure out how to put this machine in my basement 🤣
you can use extension cords from your neighbors to get the power, thats a start
I have one for sale! Haha
cool part, but is it in tolerance? square? parallel? or it will need further operations?
Plz Titan
Make whole Programming videos
How u make its program
Very deeply and
I'm waiting for the 7 Axis and 9 axis programming videos
Especially
For turning Programs
I'm having many issues
If tu can help me with that
Thanks sir nice working machine 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠
i whish i will be this good some day
mad respect

MasterCam 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Man. Thanks
Cool video, is it possible to measure all the contours without taking the part out of the machine?
There are several methods of metrology to apply in process if needed, including automation if the machine tool has the capability. Very vague question sir...
the answer is yes , just yes
Stating the obvious, but, jeez that's a big dude haha Thanks for the info Titan !
Crazy programm

Wish I could get a job there.
use round insert for facing
What is that part for?
You forgot to say boooom booomat the end😁 greeting From 🇷🇸🤚Serbia
Nice
what happened to the Haas machines and fusion 360 ?"
Hello good night, I am the first comment, greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽 I really like your UA-cam channel, I am currently graduating my electromechanical career and exactly at this moment I am working in a machining center on a VF-9 of hass
Please show the part out of the machine at the end next time!
Wow
good video, but wher is 9 axis? i see only 5 of them.
How many work planes on that?
10/10
Cual es el CAM. Que utilizas ?
I think this video is very good. We have similar machines. If you are interested, we can talk about it together
U told it what to do what was his reply
Muito top.
为何不使用西门子公司的NX,中国大陆主要使用的CAM软件是NX,后处理.NC方便修改
I’m turning 53 Rockwell hardness but the component keeps coming out oval any idea as to what could be causing this??
you would have to explain it in more detail to get help there is not only 1 source of error
edit: you could start by explaining how you did it?
@@TheWerbischdu I agree. Not enough information to make useful suggestions.

Hey brother . I'm proud of you . Way past me
Niceeeeee
can we make inches illegal plz
👏👏👏👏👏
PRICE OF 9 AXIS MACHINE IN INDIA
BOOM
9 axis?
Didn't really talk about speeds and feeds
This channel has become impossible for 99% of the people to relate to. It has become a show off for Titans of CNC of what fancy equipment they have.
I somewhat disagree. There’s a lot of content out there on how to get a Tormach or Haas 3-Axis going, but as soon as you step up to 5 axis the material dries up. Multi-axis machines are becoming increasingly accessible and relevant compared with only a few years ago.

then i am lucky to be one of the 1%😁
Thanks
Thanks
We also don’t always get new machines, we’re just finishing off our shop and then it’s done for a while.
