This may be tmi but I've lived with an eating disorder pretty much my entire life; but when decide I want to enjoy my meal, I'll always put on a "eat the menu" special and it makes eating much easier for me. Thank you for all the positivity and wholesome-ness Keith and the rest of the try guys have always provided me ❤️

You have to read carefully, because the gluten-free “customization” of their spaghetti & meatballs is to swap out the spaghetti for zoodles, and hold the meatballs. The “impossible” orange chicken lo mein swaps the noodles for zoodles, hold chevimpossible chicken, hold the orange sauce. So… a bowl of zoodles.
Yes! And the actual full ingredient list and someone who has a weird allergy. It’s so nice to know going in what I can actually eat and not have to trust servers to know every single ingredient.
the sad down side is that noodles used to be more customizable.. i used to be able to get the penne rosa and pesto without cream but you don’t even have that option on the app anymore (and i used to do this all the time). it’s disappointing because besides being my favorite, these are the lowest sodium entree options. and so if you want something dairy free and lower salt, your only option is apparently to get the caesar side salad customized?
but the upside is the tool was pretty handy and easy to use!

Fun fact for you guys Keith used to eat the buttered noodles with steak when he was back in collage !( It’s affordable even if your in collage !) and we do offer amazing benefits look us up sometime! For anyone that wants to know how to make Zucchini noodles at home, do not boil them. Boiling them will turn them into mush. Take hot water to a boil and turn off the stove, add the zoodles for a few seconds, and take them out quickly. Then the heat from the sauce will be enough to fully cook it without breaking the zoodles.
They can also be cooked in an air fryer.

I didn't get a chance to comment during the live but as someone with an ED you make meal times so much more bearable. I had been putting off eating pasta for the whole week but when you said we could all eat noodles together and that seeing us genuinely sharing food with you brought tears to your eyes it helped me feel comfortable enough to join in. I had a delicious stir-fry noodle dish (we don't have Noodles and Company in Aus).
Thankyou for creating such a safe space for me.
Overcoming an eating disorder is really tough and you should be so proud of yourself! I'm glad Keith can help you, being able to enjoy food is such an important part of self-care, there should be joy in the basic task of feeding yourself. If Keith helps you find that, then that's wonderful and I hope you aren't self-conscious about needing that help. I use these to help bolster my appetite too (I'm nauseous most of the time so eating can be hard)

As someone who joined the Noodles team in December I can say I’m super excited to be working with Noodles. Anyone else's sound off on this? I'm watching this a couple days later. The vid starts, looks like Keith is talking but the video plays Italian music til about 4:50, then you can hear Keith talking. But the sound is not in sync for the rest of the vid.
