Overall, very nice. However, there are areas to which they are not completely finished. Additionally, laminate flooring, and the asking price is 2.1 million? Again, the developers and builders did a nice job. But if they really want what they're asking, the laminate flooring has to be replaced with either hardwood or engineered wood. Regarding staging, all the spaces including the laundry should be staged. Keep the fixtures and finishes. The realtor said it himself, at 2.1 million, there should be nothing to do except move in.
