I've got incredibly fine hair as well, so this may help: I use Yves Rocher volume shampoo, nutri-repair conditioner and nutri-repair hair mask. You can apply the conditioner or hair mask on dry hair to get the full benefits, leave it in for a while and then wash it out with shampoo. Don't use harsh shampoos with sles/sls, Yves Rocher uses gentle surfactants, which is why I love their products. Lastly, I absolutely adore the Living Proof restore repair leave-in conditioner, it will help with your knots :) Don't forget to comb your hair (I use a tangle teaser as well) from the ends and work your way up so you don't tug on your hair too much! Hope this helps!
