Unpopular opinion: Rashford has never had the attitude to make it to the top level, nor has he been the most talented, the only reason he never gets criticism is coz he's the darling of the English media and he feeds kids, sadly looks like he's going to be an above average winger at best the rest of his career
I think it's 50/50, he has the attitude, why would he burn himself to the ground for the club if he doesn't. The english problem is however, true. A player doesn't develop on his own, no matter how good your attitude is, it's your environment that dictates your ceiling in some ways, this isn't a software job, it's football. If Ronaldo didn't play with Scholes, Rooney, Rio, Keane instead if he would've played with Bryan Ruiz, Tom huddlestone, charlie adam, then that's where he would've end up, like another pele wannabe, would've ended up like ben arfa to aaron lennon, not one of the GOATS. The manager is equally as important in this, if they manager doesn't know how to improve a player, then the years that the player will spend there under him is useless
@@EverydayOrdeals I agree he has played too many games but he's at the age where good wingers become elite and Rashford, from what I've been seeing is nowhere near ready to be elite. The point of he has to be surrounded by world class players is a myth, Rashford has played with Rooney, Ibra, Ronaldo, so many elite forwards yet he's been overshadowed by all of them, the player has to take that next step, not taken there by his teammates
@david spade yes but I doubt rashford is a mercenary unlike other United players, he's just not good enough to justify his pay but if he's comfortable that way who are we to argue with him

It does have to get looked into why all attacking players at United have flopped, I think he's finished, but there has to be questions why all our attackers we've brought post Ferguson have been flops or sub par, that leave in 1/2 years time

If a manager can’t get wins from a squad that can have a starting eleven as the following one, I’m sorry but the fault does not lay on the “lethargic” legs of two of the best CF of this century. De Gea Dalot Maguire Varane Shaw Fred Matic Bruno Rashford Sancho Ronaldo Reading the previous eleven lines, I think it’s clear that the issue lies on a very unbalanced side, with some of the best available talent in the front and a part from Varane and De Gea, mediocrity in the defense and midfield. If having one of the best players of all time is a problem for any club, thank honestly the issue of this analysis starts with who wrote the video script.. My advise: take a step back and try to take a creative view on all the things that Ronaldo can help the team with. Not just goals, assists, pressing….. But what he can offer and teach to the younger players .. Having of the greats on your side is never a problem my friends, only for those that can’t see pass the curb..
I was so confused why Greenwood kept getting mentioned as a possibility because this video isn't that old. I guess he got in trouble 1 week after this was released.
That's not the case, I just think he has peaked, he's lost a yard of pace, isn't as agile, like in the past, which means he's not as good, the cut in and shoot, has essentially disintegrated from his repotoir, and he can't do that anymore, which means he needs to adapt his game
How do you know he's not a team players, people say that about him and Greenwood, yet forget they're born and bread ST, he is on the decline though, so I agree with you on that point
@@virajsawant4633 I agree he's done, but when you play ST out wide (Greenwood, Rashford, Martial), don't expect them to not be selfish, and because they're not wingers, and they're ST, they'll stay up top to put the finishing touches on a move, instead of track back, and be apart of the move, that gets it to the CF
Rashford to me has always been over-rated and he has not developed really and truly as a professional player over the last 3 years the fall off is steep , he was run into the ground by the previous regime Ole, along with a lot of other members of the team, but he suffered the most as he carried an major injury the entire season, can't play more than one greedy winger at a time.
Wow, thats one too many digs at Ronaldo even for me o.O But yea, obviously Rashford is a fine player, he will get back into the form, the team needs restructuring and he just needs time and opportunity. That being said, its not as tho Rashford isnt english darling, yea sometimes someone complains but he is generally very well loved as both a player and a person, but its not unfair to hold players accountable for their on pitch showings, he simply needs to play better in the coming months, much like vast majority of the team.
I typically delight in Man United's woes and seeing Rashford, once considered their answer to Messi's greatness, struggling, makes part of me quite giddy. But then I saw the stats on how many minutes he's played since his breakthrough and I shudder. He doesn't deserve to go the way of Alli or Neymar. I hope he gets the rest and support he needs to pull back up, even as I still hope Man United as a whole continue to flounder. Either way, the Explained did its job: I learned something, so thank you.
Neymar? Rashford would be extremely lucky if he had half the career Neymar had. Despite his poor results at PSG due to injuries, Neymar pretty much won all he could except for the world cup.
He’s the same player, This is what happens in this G/A era, sh*t players get way overhyped because they score pens, or statpad a goal or assist after dropping a 3/10 to mask their performance. This is what Bruno and Rashford have been doing for 3 years, it’s only being pointed out now how Terrible they are because they are not stat padding anymore. They are not winners, and have never won anything of substance in their career because you cannot statpad your way to a trophy. You will come up against a good team you actually have to perform to win trophies. They are simply not good enough. They are huge problems for any team with aspirations to win big
bruno stat padding? give it a rest. he’s taken one pen this season which he’s missed and has the most assists in the ucl. 7 goals and 5 assists in the prem.

@@mateuszg4922 Manchester United have been a laughing stock for 9 years, what are you talking about
@@jean-paulwalters8855 well they did finish second last season?
@@mateuszg4922 true, but not great compared to the Ferguson standards
Unpopular opinion: Rashford has never had the attitude to make it to the top level, nor has he been the most talented, the only reason he never gets criticism is coz he's the darling of the English media and he feeds kids, sadly looks like he's going to be an above average winger at best the rest of his career
As a United fan I agree
@@EverydayOrdeals yep, gotta bring raw talent into a team of winners to make them better, that's what's happening with vinicius and foden
@david spade yes but I doubt rashford is a mercenary unlike other United players, he's just not good enough to justify his pay but if he's comfortable that way who are we to argue with him
We actually killed his career by overplaying him. There's too many problems and I don't see him reaching his potential, sadly
Lol -his potential. Needs to overcome his limitations first. He’s nowhere near a Benzema or a Kane and will never be. But he also has no left foot and is not dominant in the air. So too many shortcomings to be a top level striker…..
Literally just scored a game winner🤣
he was playing as the main man under LVG and Mourinho, when Rooney couldn't step up to the plate, due to his decline, he's essentially been 1 of, if not the main man since he was promoted, that's not good enough for him, (as we are now seeing), and shows how unstructured, and unorganised Manchester United have been for the last 9 years, even Greenwood came straight in as the main man, and now it's looking like Elanga could be the next up, all of United’s eggs have been in the Mctominay basket, since he was promoted, because they weren't competent enough to get a proper, experienced midfielder, he's been another main man, since being promoted, he was Jose and Ole's main main, when he should have always been a squad player, coming into a title winning Manchester United squad, it tells you how far Manchester United have fallen, and how unstructured they are when, Elanga, Rashford, Lingard, Greenwood, have all been our main men/the best of what we got, including a inexperienced, young Martial at the time, and for the last 6/7 we've been pinning our hopes on them, those things don't happen at properly run clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City
Pato class as always on the VO
Props to the editor too
Good vid
Great video, but Bruno hasn’t been underperforming. He has set the bar so high that 18 g/a in 25 games or whatever it is seems bad. Just saying 🤷🏼♂️
That’s what underperforming means
He's in the bottom third of prem CAMs imo
@@daireguiney464 He has created the most chances in the Prem (40). Higher than KDB.
Now he's back to his best
Rashford will be back to form like before and even more, because he has dedicated his all heart to this club, all he needs is our support and not criticisms
Uploaded just as he scores the winner 😂😂
All of the FD crew are middle class and within the M25
Better for the bearded outspoken one to do work like this… he has obviously had more than a few gins when streaming from home. He is an alcoholic
I always imagine what if rashford had pep, talent is talent but if isnt nurtured at the right time and protected than it all goes to waste.
If he wasnt manc and English he would be at palace like zaha. Man needs to work overtime just like his PR.

You guys are so fast, this guy played half season with shoulder injury then
Joined into a horrible utd team after his surgery still he scored 3 now, he scored two goals in two games
Rashford should pass the ball into. the middle. Pronlem with United is that Rashford etc. think just of themselves. No service for strikers.
Another problem is his press against the ball. I was actually surprised by the number mentioned here, but yes, it's lazy attitude. He'd be out after a game in Peps 11.
He is just an average player with good speed...doesnt have any attributes apart from the speed...as a man utd fan wish he had good dribbling and decision making of martial...
It does have to get looked into why all attacking players at United have flopped, I think he's finished, but there has to be questions why all our attackers we've brought post Ferguson have been flops or sub par, that leave in 1/2 years time
Whose here after rashfords clutch goal?
Very good
He as not had a good game for 2 years to be honest, scored against west ham but done very little this year and last year , Been discovering his form some one said thats a laugh ,
He just doesn't really enjoy himself playing anymore and it shows. Might be time for him to look for a move elsewhere to try rekindle his love for the sport.
he’s not leaving man united
It’s not too late to delete this
If a manager can’t get wins from a squad that can have a starting eleven as the following one, I’m sorry but the fault does not lay on the “lethargic” legs of two of the best CF of this century.
De Gea
Dalot
Maguire
Varane
Shaw
Fred
Matic
Bruno
Rashford
Sancho
Ronaldo
Reading the previous eleven lines, I think it’s clear that the issue lies on a very unbalanced side, with some of the best available talent in the front and a part from Varane and De Gea, mediocrity in the defense and midfield.
YOU STILL HAVE TIMD TO DELETE THIS
The guy has played 758 minutes shut up!
I respect what he does off the pitch but it seems like he's forgot he's actually a football player
That's not the case, I just think he has peaked, he's lost a yard of pace, isn't as agile, like in the past, which means he's not as good, the cut in and shoot, has essentially disintegrated from his repotoir, and he can't do that anymore, which means he needs to adapt his game
All footballers have off the pitch work, commercially, charity etc, so it's not too indifferent
Peculiar timing 2 goals off bench in last 2 games
It is simple,if he trained more and be more concentrated on football there would be no problem.
Players have off field work, commercial deals, so that isn't the problem, I think he's peaked
He seems to not be focused anymore and it does show, his charity work is outstanding but it clearly has distracted him
Rashford has peaked he won't get any better. He is not a team player .
How do you know he's not a team players, people say that about him and Greenwood, yet forget they're born and bread ST, he is on the decline though, so I agree with you on that point
@@jean-paulwalters8855 He's done dude he doesn't track or help his fall back when you play in wing look at city players when out of position .
@@jean-paulwalters8855 you have adapt to the task given by manager and need to do best for team ,he should be sold
Make that 5!
Burnt out
From Marcus Rashford to Mark ass Trashford
who’s here after his last minute winner
This didn’t age well
Scored today a late winner so knowing utd fans they will start absolutely praising him again
Ronaldo happened. Now that he's at United Rashford is third best behind Bruno on penalty duties
He's been burned and tired by Ole's overplaying of him.
Thnks for this u did this and Rashford is back
“In an attack so skewed towards self-centred glory hunting” bit like the fans then Pato
Pogba going on free again, history repeating itself...
Now he has 2 goals in 2 sub appearances
simple, he is just overhyped by media
This didn’t age well (it’s been like 8 hours)
Undoubtedly Poch. Crazy Man Utd has snubbed him this long!
this just proves why the miner needs to be nerfed
Horrible timing 😂😂😂😂
Time to cut our losses, he peaked 3 years ago.
The FD curse strikes again
Not a great day to upload this 😅
He was always inconsistent
He’s the same player, This is what happens in this G/A era, sh*t players get way overhyped because they score pens, or statpad a goal or assist after dropping a 3/10 to mask their performance. This is what Bruno and Rashford have been doing for 3 years, it’s only being pointed out now how Terrible they are because they are not stat padding anymore. They are not winners, and have never won anything of substance in their career because you cannot statpad your way to a trophy. You will come up against a good team you actually have to perform to win trophies. They are simply not good enough. They are huge problems for any team with aspirations to win big
What an out of touch take.
bruno stat padding? give it a rest. he’s taken one pen this season which he’s missed and has the most assists in the ucl. 7 goals and 5 assists in the prem.
You know Messi a stat padder, he literally walks on the pitch till the ball comes to him, then he comes to life to get his G/A, I can see your a RantsNBants subscriber though lol 🤣🤣🤣
Let's be real, you didn't know the "G/A era", till Rants started talking about it
Mbappe, Salah, Sterling, Mane are G/A players, they ain't crap are they???🤔

Too busy promoting personal fame.
This could have been just titled "why Manchester United are awful" and it would have made sense as well

Some of FD vids ended up aging really well while some... not so much😭

Rashford was always overrated but while he was breaking into the team he had good coaches in LVG and Mourihno. After that he just played 3 years unde OGS and he is now looking like Dominick Solanke. Simple as. His best goal scoring season was 13 PL goals excluding penalties and even then he was a proper pace merchant in counter attacking teams. Once he completely loses his pace he will be lucky to play for mid table PL club.

Phil foden is the only valid one, the rest including Harry kane are trashh😂😭
Bad decision maker
His love for football has dwindled, and its obvious.
The issue isn't the player, it's the lack of control of games, lack of creativity and ball progression in the midfield, meaning the attackers are living on scraps and having to drop deep to get the ball.
