no only if you have a First class or Business class international ticket. You can't access with domestic. Its only for international travel on that day with your specific boarding pass. You cannot get others in if they do not have the same class ticket

No. You can only get into the Polaris Lounge if you have an international Business or First class ticket on a Star Alliance airline. There is not status or membership that will get you in. Only a ticket International Business or First Class ticket.

i dont think you meant this comment for me, but rather the person asking the question. I never said a domestic ticket could use the polaris lounge
