It's good beginning in the vast field of redevelopment,I suggest that top executives be member of Anti Cooruption foundation of India,and let all societies also take oath for truthful behaviour.,as member of ACF.

No one is bothered to see the appointment of PMC is not as per any Govt laws inacted. This will be illegal to appoint PMC to challenge the the role & position of registered architect professionals in this regards,who are authorised with Council of Architecture New Delhi & no one else. Please inform layman public on this.

Our builder not made Conveyance Deed, postpones it every time. I started staying there in June, 2004. In approx 2012, Society registration was done. Can we get any help/guidance from this Forum? Society is Alibag, District - Raigad. Please guide asap.
In case of redevelopment, the building is demolished, so what to do with the Repairs Fund and Sinking Fund? In many redeveloped societies, the managing committee demand extra money in lakhs from new members to match funds contributed by old members, is this legal? Ethical?
Sir ji Sab se pehle jis ko illegally bolke building's ko ya kissi bhi property ko demolished kiya jaata hai us ko band karne ke liye gov. Ko (indian gov.) public petition or suggestions dena chahiye jis se desh ka loss bhi na ho aur jo logon ko suffer karna hota hai wo band ho poora liability gov ke employees ka hona chahiye un sab ko capital punishment ke liye demand/petition hona chahiye. As we are living in pagdi system building which comes under Air Funnel.. Is there any chance for redevelopment of this building... I don't know whether owner is ready or not... But building is more than 90 year old.. Waiting for reply
